My husband and I love this store. The quality of the shoes, the workmanship, the return policy and best of all the customer service. I've been to three different Shoe Mill stores and all of them have outstanding service for their customers. Great place to shop.

They don't stock the Shoe I was after. Gail got one on order and it will be here in a couple days !!

I was satisfied with the quality of my purchase (Hoka sandals). However, the customer no-service was rude and impersonal. I was barely acknowledged by the at least 3 sales representatives present; one other customer was in the store at the time. I asked how popular the sandals were and I got a tepid “very.” They couldn’t care any less that I was in the store. Also, I could be wrong, but they seemed more concerned with who made the commission on my sale. One woman opened a notebook and said “is it your turn?” before they ever addressed me at check out. I didn’t even receive a thank you. Keep your expectations very low or just say “no thanks” to the staff at Shoe Mill.

I had a very nice and helpful young man help me on 5/4/18 in the evening to purchase a sandal. When I went back today at around 1pm to try on a larger size it was a very different story. Both girls were fairly rude, which I ignored until I tried on a different sandal and when I said it wasn’t comfortable one of the employees said it was just in my head!!! I told her that was rude and that I think I know what feels comfortable and what doesn’t on my own feet! When I mentioned my experience at the craft store next door an employee said she’d heard similar comments from others about Gresham Shoe Mill. Hopefully these girls will get some training and give up the attitude or find a job that doesn’t require them to intact with customers.

I’ve received rude service more than once at this store, and last night took the cake. One gal, working by herself, had just offered to go to the back to find some shoes in my size. It was 7:30 when I arrived, they close at 8:00. She appeared to be the only one working. On her way to the back, the phone rings. She answered. In the meantime, I’m selecting other shoes I would like to try, as time is of the essence.

She proceeds to have an in depth conversation with the person on the phone about whatever they were inquiring about. Does not acknowledge that she already offered to help me, and pretends I’m not even in her store. It is now 7:50, so I leave. My time is obviously not valued here. I came into the store planning to buy, I leave confirming that I will never buy from this store again! Question, if you are the only one working, does Shoe Mill dock your pay for not answering the phone every time it rings

A gem of a store tucked away in this shopping center. Clean, bright and with a load of charming shoes with "good bones". A charming and knowledgeable sales person helped us with our special needs (high arch, balance issues, elderly). From sandals to work shoes to walking or hiking, this is a great store to check out.
