These staff treated me like I was VIP! So friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have such amazing people working in Prattville ❤️ Thank you Shoe Station for hiring George, Zola and Kel. They went out of their way to help me find the shoes I was looking for.

This place does not have the prices listed on half of their items up front. The staff was hard to find. The cashier would not scan my coupon because she said she already knew it wasn’t going to work. She’s the only cashier at this Shoe Station I’ve ever had do that. I left because the shopping trip wasn’t worth the money.

This place is trash! I went in and was greeted by no one! There is no signage showing what’s what or whats where. I asked for a managers assistance and she was completely rude and unhelpful! Just automatically dismissed me! I should really come and train these managers on customer service and sales principles. Wish I would have caught her name. Young spunky girl on march 19 at 5:40 pm! Good thing it’s not my business!

I don't really review on foolishness but I had to come here because I the young lady at the front with the long old yellow gold tone braids she was very nice nasty listen those type of people should not be in the front because she couldn't even take care of her own customer trying to be nosy and worry about her coworkers customers be mindful on how you treat and speak of people you never know who's listening and watching get it together

There’s a manager there named Danisha or something like that. On my visit, she was completely unprofessional. She talked to the employees like they were stupid, meanwhile, I think she was on a Face Time call. She was in her phone the whole time I was there. I watched her. If it wasn’t for a young black lady with a pixie haircut and an older white lady, I think her name is Liz, I would’ve left there and not made a purchase at all. I got the impression that the employees were abused and the workplace was completely toxic. I could tell as soon as Danisha opened her mouth. Kudos to the employees who have her for a manager. I’m in management and I would never mistreat my workers like that and I wouldn’t let anyone else do it either. Anyway, thanks to that young lady and Ms. Liz for being kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Danisha and this store don’t deserve you!

I was in there Wednesday and the staff was amazing! Not one person ignored me. I felt like aking in there. The place was clean and there were employees stocking and helping customer everywhere I looked, but one stood out big time. Liz was amazing! She helped my wife, who is very very hard to please when it comes to shoes. Liz listened to what my wife wanted and she delivered exactly what she was looking for. It totally impressed my wife so she bought 2 pair of Hey dudes! I don't care for hey dudes but Liz stepped up again and helped me get a pair of Georgia boots and some crocks. We were very happy with our experience at shoe station and we will return. Thanks to your staff for making suck a welcoming environment and special thanks to Liz cause now I don't have to do anymore shopping.
