*I am not a leather or luxury resale expert*
For the first time, I bought a red Chanel Wallet on Chain that was used, but only slightly worn in the corners. I simply looked up a few leather repairs near my work and found Shoe Wiz not far away. I decided to take a chance with getting it repaired. When I went, I recieved a ticket, a return date and an estimate for $50. I honestly had no expectations going in since I had never done this before. However, when I picked my purse up, in my opinion it looks great!! The guy (I forgot his name) color matched the wallet beautifully and for $50, I feel like it was 100% worth it! He even went thru the process of how he fixed it with me. I already have another purse that I intend to bring back. You can definitely trust your luxury purses here!

I had my suede Adidas sneakers cleaned since I forgot to protect them before wearing them. I have to say that all the stains were gone after I brought them to Shoe Wiz to have them professionally cleaned. I recommend this place to anyone who needs shoes repaired or cleaned. I am sure they do a lot more than fix shoes. This place is #1 in my book. I will not bring my business anywhere else. The owner took the time to ask me to check out the sneakers before I left to make sure I was happy with his work. I am extremely pleased with his work.

Decided to resole my boots for the first time to see how they would come out and they came out pretty good. It was $85 and took about 4 days. For the price you can maybe buy a different pair of boots but I really like these Thorogood’s

I took my Frye leather boots to get the heel replaced and when I picked it up, that was fixed but the tab on my boot is torn off. What the heck!!! This is not ok!!!
