Excellent addition to the area. So happy I can find gloves and hats for the long winter months here. Typically, winter items at other stores are taken away in the spring, but we can still experience severe winter weather here. Tons of selection from name brands like The North Face, Under Armour, Nike, and more at very affordable prices.

I love this store. It was my first time going in, at my husband's request. So glad I did. The clothes were on the sportier side and were great for how I tend to dress. I liked their dresses a lot. They had summer dresses that were not incredibly short like I usually find. I found a pair of hey dudes for $35 and was very happy with that.

This business has at least two unhelpful and rude employees. One was too busy rearranging hangers or whatever to ring out customers. When called out for this another employee became fairly rude. Wow. This store has great prices but the employees I had the misfortune of dealing with are subpar. I would not tolerate this for a minute if I was paying full price. At full price I would have left my stuff there and walked out. I’m not big on giving my money to poorly run businesses. Notice that just about every other Sierra location has a higher Google review rating than the Dickson City store. It seems the employees have resorted to soliciting false reviews. Both people behind me in line were men. As I told the store manager when we talked, it’s all on video. These type of reviews often/usually come from people with a low number of reviews, as is the case here, and they’re usually easy to spot. Why does every other Sierra location have a higher Google rating? That’s an easy one to answer. The facility manager has some work to do to improve his store’s customer service. When we spoke he did seemed concerned about my complaint.

Great store! Great prices. I think there is a misconception that they are strictly an outdoor or camping store. This is night true. As a sister store of TJ Maxx and Marshalls, they gave similar items plus some.

I had a great experience in this store! The employees were nice to me and I had no problem looking for the stuff I needed. I was actually behind @Frank Costa in line and I can say the employees were not rude and explained the situation to us. We should all learn to be nice to others.

This store is amazing. Love the clothes selection. So much cool stuff you just can't find at other stores. So clean all around and the changing rooms feel like a palace. All the associates really do a great job with customer service. So friendly all around, and you get 5 percent off your purchase if you use their CC. Props to Jack while checking us out. I have to laugh at the couple of one star reviews I read about this store, ignore them.

Worst customer service ever. They didn't take the security pin out after buying, and it's through my new sleeping bag. The associate I spoke to on the phone told me I should have looked before leaving the store and acted like it was my fault and then hung up on me
