Hot dang does SkiTek jump through hoops to ensure the best possible fit for orthotics and ski boots! The shop's combination of institutional knowledge (Brent et al.) and creative solutions (Claribelle and Ben) is pretty unbeatable at supporting my feet. The biggest challenge with committing to their process is giving them frequent and thorough enough feedback - because they're hungry for it! They go above an beyond to ensure that the fits they provide continue to work for you and are infinitely curious as to how the fit/comfort/support evolves throughout the season. I am a huge fan of Ski Tek! I purchased 2 pairs of Atomic FIS Race Skis several years ago and I still love the skis. Today I had an unfortunate situation with the bindings failing. I took them into the shop and to my surprise the owner and the lead technician stepped up and gave me an option to replace the bindings with original Atomic equipment. I am so thrilled that I can keep using the skis that I love. This is a truly wonderful example of outstanding customer service. I will never buy skis from anyone else!!

Myself and 8 others from my family have gotten the intuition liners at Ski Tek. The boot fitters are very knowledgeable and the finished product is great.

However, every experience with the lady who's always there/answers the phone is less than stellar. She has been very rude and unpleasant in every interaction. Also, when they did my liners they broke a buckle off my BRAND NEW boots. Although they fixed it, they were not apologetic at all and they replaced it with a horrible looking buckle. Lots of room to improve in the customer service department, Ski Tek.

Many other places in town do the same custom liners, which is where I am taking the rest of my family & friends and what I would recommend others doing.

I have very challenged feet due to a medical condition. Brent and Gale went above and beyond all expectations to produce custom orthotics that work for me. Brent made orthotics for me 20 years ago, yes 20. Time for an update! I was visiting Ketchum and he came in on his day(s) off to get them right before I had to go home. Can not recommend this team highly enough. Very nice, skilled and caring people who want you to love your feet!
I am deeply satisfied with their skill and craftsmanship in a very unique situation.

If you're new to Sun Valley or new to owning ski boots (or both in my case), be sure to make Ski Tek your first stop in town.

Ski Tek's incredible staff and boot experts (ask for Ben) had me sized and properly fitted into a new pair of ski boots within an hour of walking in. They then went on to evaluate my stance and where the boots produced pressure points on my feet and kindly took the time to adjust the boots accordingly using tools within their in-house boot workshop. I was skiing by lunch, and everything fit and worked perfectly!

In short, these guys are the experts, and they genuinely care about getting things right for you. 100% recommend!
