Ski Wear Outlet

I absolutely love this store! The owner Melanie is so nice and funny! This is definitely the place to stock up on all your essentials. I left my helmet at home and picked up a new one. Really reasonable prices and great selection of gloves, jackets, ski pants/board pants and lots of socks! Definitely recommend!

Very random find but wonderful owner. Different variety of items, mixed brands but priced indeed like an outlet than a major store. Lots of kids gear!

We always find what we need for the snow at the Ski Wear Outlet. I realized when I was in the shop the other day that I have been going to this store since 1990 when it was in another location. Now, I’m bringing my family back all of these years later for affordable, decent quality ski and snowboarding gear.

This Lady deserves 0 stars, 1 star is just lying. This place is going out of business soon and will steal your money. I bought $165 worth of items, she said the return policy was 24 which is weird enough, then I had to come back to return everything and the owner lady says I can’t return because I don’t have the tags, so I tell her I can get the tags and she says no, then she literally steals the face mask I bought lol, doesn’t give me a return, just steals my money, then tells me to leave. Very strange experience coming from a life of better customer service experiences than that. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE, LOW QUALITY CLOTHING FOR HIGH PRICES, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP!!!

I called them to ask for snowboard packages, they said you can find a from from $350 and up. They don’t have anything in their inventory. They only had 2 boards on my size , and board by it self was $350-$450 We drove for 45 mins there and 45 mins return Not recommended at all if you want to get board and boots.

This store had everything my husband and I need for our trip to Alaska and at great prices! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable which is great because we weren't sure about what we'd need going up to the arctic circle. With her help I'm ready for this trip!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

By far the worst customer service experience ever! I went into the store with my 13 and 15 year old daughters to purchase snow gear. The female owner made both of them cry after her extremely rude comments and behavior. Being a retail store, it should be expected that items may temporarily and accidentally end up on the ground while they are being tried on. She rudely walked up to them while they were at the dressing room and said, “I’d hate to see what your bedrooms and home look like.” The look on both of my daughters faces was of complete shock. I was standing right there with them when this happened. I and had actually been taking items that didn’t fit, and was placing them back on the racks in order to minimize the exact thing she had just made issue of. I had to bite my lip, because I truly wanted to lay into her right then and there. I decided that I would have a conversation with her at the counter after I calmed down. At the counter, I asked her a simple question. “This is a retail store correct? And being a retail store, it should be expected that items may occasionally end up on the floor while being tried on.” Her comment was “I can’t help if you can’t control your children and how they behave.” Again I had to bit my lip, choosing to take the high road in this situation. I told her that you don’t treat customers this way. That’s being rude to an adult is one thing, but being rude to children is unacceptable. When I shop, I make a concionsous choice of where I spend my hard earned money. I am also a huge supporter of small business. But I can be certain of one thing moving forward the next time I decide to purchase snow gear. I will never again spend my money at this business. I will also make sure that I relay this experience to everyone I have a chance to tell.

Great products. Great prices. And the ladies that run the place are super kind, delightful.
