Great if you are stuck in the 1980s. No e-billing. I rarely get a bill. I suspect they just don’t send them and then blame mail thrives. Want to auto-pay? Better be willing to give them access to your checking account because they won’t let you use a credit card. I would rather deal with Comcast becuase at least they have entered into the 21st century, unlike Skyway Water and Sewer. They only have customers because they are a monopoly.

We pay more for water and sewer than anyone else I know outside of the Skyway district. We usually can't pay the full amount as soon as we receive the bill and pay the full amount in increments over the course of the billing cycle for which we get dinged with a late fee. I wish our community had some say with regard to billing.

I have all of my bills on autopay and didn’t even realize this one wasn’t. We are way behind and I didn’t realize it because, seriously, I put everything on autopay for bills. I went online to pay it immediately and the website payments aren’t working. I went to set up autopay and they want me to print off a form and attach a check. Who even has paper checks anymore? This is goofy. Sadly, I have no other choice for service which I assume is why they don’t bother making it easy on consumers.

While I understand that bills have to be paid ... perhaps they can make an effort to contact an hour or two before the water shutoff so that the client can at least attempt to make things right.
Without water in 80+ degrees for over 12 hours is no way to deal with a customer that has always made good on their bills over the last 4 years ... late or not, collections were never necessary.
Sad and dehumanizing.

Your kidding me right?

What "business" (or monopoly depending on your definitions) closes at 4pm. Your a utility, that provides a service for the community that guess what...works all day--thus we don't have time to call you at 2pm.

Give me break, quit your penny pinching BS and stay open for hours when people actually can call you (aka 4-10pm) and close from 10am to 12 or something. Skyway Power board should be ashamed of themselves, what a lack of business acumen; no wonder your rating is so low and you have so many dissatisfied customers.

How can this play be even on business?!?!?! AHHHH, it's because us customers can't choose our utility providers. Why does setting autopayment requires me to print, sign and mail a form with a check is it the 1990s You seriously suck and hope that soon you are replaced by a competent company.

After contacting and visiting this utility, I pray that no else ever has to interact with the support staff here. Rudeness, social profiling and discrimination are all you will find here today.
