I had been searching everywhere for a 2024 Nitro Alternator in 160, and they were the only shop that had it in stock—probably the last available on the entire internet. I reached out via text to inquire about any discounts, and Will and Joe went above and beyond by matching an in-store promotion for my online purchase.

Just recently acquired a bike from someone and am not sure how everything works. Walked into the store, waited for a while because the only employee I see is helping with someone. While I was waiting, someone walked in with a bike and went straight to the back. Someone helped him immediately. I was a little dumbfounded because I guess I’m supposed go all the way to the back or maybe I should make some noise to get attention?😅 anyways, that aside, the people who helped was kind and did the job quickly.

Joe has been very professional in dealing with a complaint I had regarding his service. They have always done quality repairs and offer great quality gear. Turnaround times on bike repairs are exceptionally fast and they are definitely experts in their field.

This is a review for the online experience. False advertising - had an AXS derailleur on sale, advertised through Google. My purchase went through - and then the sale was cancelled the next day. In the meantime I bought other accessories elsewhere, now I have to return them or find another derailleur. I guess that's one way of getting cheap traffic onto the website.

I’ve been getting flats on my bicycle like crazy these last few months. It’s even become a bit of a joke when I’d walk into the shop and ask for tubes.

Austin convinced me to go tubeless and man, he was right. The day after I picked my bike up with its new tubeless setup I go on a 30 mile ride and when I get home I realize I had latex all up my calves. I had gotten a hole in my tire. If I was still running tubes I would’ve been stranded 5-10 miles away from home. But I hadn’t even noticed that I had a flat.

They seriously need someone show up and treat customers better. Most of the guys are rude and act like they don’t want to give you the time of day.

Brought our bike tire to be fixed 5 minutes before they closed. We were just going to drop it off but they got it fixed for us right then and there. Only took a couple of minutes. Very quick service! We will be back again!
