Very Dishonest!
Unfortunately most jewelry shoppers are inexperienced and these folks take advantage of that. I walked in to see about selling my very heavy gold chain that a I previously had appraised. The owner offered me $1025 when it was valued at $3500.00
The owner then came back with $2900
These people hide behind a cloak of a mom and pop operation. Make no mistake about it these people are dishonest

Had a necklace I purchased from them and it kept breaking on me. They tried soldering it a few times but that didn’t work. Finally they swapped it out for a different chain. Very nice people, but had a ring repaired and cleaned and they charged a LOT of money!

Fantastic staff. Debbie went out of her way to help me. I stopped in to resize my engagement ring with no former knowledge of high quality jewelry. I appreciated her honesty, friendliness, and the time she spent with me. I walked out with exactly what I wanted and a sparkling ring, which made my day. I will definitely be returning.

My wife and I had issues finding my ring size in a style we liked. So we decided to wait and had place holder rings for our wedding. Today my wife saw the jewelers as we were passing by so we stopped in. They had my size and a large selection all the way up to 14. The woman who helped us already knew my ring size by looking at them (I was off) She was also the best person I have ever worked with at a jeweler. Sweet, kind, funny, and very patient with us. For us, it was the best experience. I will recommend anyone to this place.

Went with a friend that needed her ring fixed. Employees very pleasant. Great service. Ring was fixed in about 1 hour and boy did it sparkle when she got it back!

Went here to have my watch sized. Staff was nice. However, the man who actually does the sizing was very odd . What an infant! He complained about how horrible his life is for 10 mins only to tell me he can’t size my watch. He immediately recognized the watch brand because it’s a nice brand but then told me they’re tough to adjust. After a few moments of picking out different tools and slamming them back in tool box out of frustration he gave up. My watch broke his tools? Ridiculous.
I went to Joseph Jacob Jeweler in Hamilton Mall and and the woman was kind, professional, and did the job in 10 mins.
