Wonderful place! I was beyond impressed from the moment I entered the store until I made my purchase, which surprisingly didn't take me nearly as long as I had expected. I've been dealing with foot & ankle pain for awhile now because of tendonitis & was recommended to this store by my Ortho doc for a new pair of quality sneakers that I would be using orthotics with. Alex was friendly, professional & extremely helpful as he listened very attentively to what I was looking for & went above/beyond to help me find what I needed within my price range that was comfortable & just what I was interested in. Unlike other stores with high pressured sales associates, here you will not find anything at all like that. These individuals are very knowledgeable about the footwear they sell & only interested in helping you find the best shoes for your specific needs. I also like that I didn't feel rushed at all & was helped the moment I walked into the store. While trying on shoes, I also watched as other staff assisted customers with the same level of kindness, patience & expertise that I was given. The gentleman who rang up my order was also extremely nice & included a free pair of socks, also offering complimentary bottled water as we left the store. The overall shopping experience was an easy 10 out of 10, which I guarantee you probably won't find anywhere else. I've never really enjoyed shopping for shoes before because I always felt rushed & pressured, but none of that takes place here! They allow you to take as long as you need while helping you from start to finish. I also like that my feet were measured before trying anything on & Alex also had paid close attention when having me walk to learn exactly how my issues were effecting my feet. The shoes I bought were affordable, great for orthotics + arch support & felt great even with my wide feet. I would certainly suggest trying this store to anyone looking for quality shoes & top notch service. You will not be disappointed! They have a nice selection & carry brands such as Asics, Hoka, Saucony & more!

With getting older and my body changing I had no clue what shoes were the best for me. Kristen was awesome! She was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. All the staff there today were great thanks for helping find the right wide and size shoe for me. 👍🏼👍🏼

If you are buying running or hiking sneakers anywhere near Worcester, just go here. Went in at noon on a Friday and they had a bunch of people buying shoes- should give you an indication of how popular the place is. I discussed what I wanted with one of the employees, he did a gait analysis and then he brought me a half dozen pairs he thought would match what I wanted. Loved the first pair and the price was exactly the same as what I could buy them for online.

Incredible service and great prices- this is the only place I go for running shoes. Love being able to shop local at such a great place.

One of the nicest experiences I’ve had. Great selection, INCREDIBLE people. They take the time to help and to listen. Very generous with their time. They also helped support a fundraiser for my Marathon training and even came IN PERSON to my raffle event to show support. Their Thursday Run Club is a delight with the most excellent and friendly folks you will ever meet. Support local business and support these absolute Earth angels!

I wasn’t in the market for sneakers. I had taken a friend to emergency room at UMASS and after waiting in the car for a few hours, my computer was low on charge and I needed a ladies room. I drove around a bit and noticed Sneakerama, where I've gotten my last few pairs of sneakers. I walked in and said that I’d kind of like to buy a pair of tennis shoes and could I charge my computer at the same time. From the minute I walked in, I was met with friendly employees who let me charge my computer, and a supply of sneakers that fit my rare size. They analyzed my gait, didn’t push anything and I left Sneakerama with a fantastic pair of tennis shoes, some fabulous On Cloud hikers, a Nike shell and an appreciation for their spectacular customer service.

One of the best retail experiences you’ll have, bar none. Alex helped my fiancé find a great pair of running shoes and Steve got me a fantastic deal on a nice pair of sneakers. If you need shoes for walking, running or hiking, there’s nowhere else to go.
