Amazing customer service and an outstanding job they did on a pair of my Ariat boots. First time getting a pair of my boots repaired but they helped me get exactly what I was hoping for. The skill and attention to detail in their work is beautiful, would recommend to anyone no matter how cheap or expensive your boot or shoe is.

If you have a set of ‘keeper’ boots, then this is the ONLY place you want to take them!!! Scott & his son have the old world cobbling skills that really make their work stand out! They beautifully resoled my working pair of snip toe Chisos & gave them durability with Vibram soles and toe plates. Also did the same to my new Ostrich!! Pricing was fantastic -especially given their workmanship! They have become my ‘go to shop’ for all of my leather repairs & have made me a customer for life!!

I agree with all the raving reviews... I became fan years ago when I broke the heel on my favorite boots. Because I assumed nothing could be done when I broke the stilletto heel, I threw the broken heel away. A friend told me this shop could help and the owner absolutely did. He made a new heel for my boot that matched the other. I was able to wear the boots several more years before retiring them.

"Extremely Disappointing Experience"

brought in three pairs of shoes to this shop hoping to have the outsoles re-glued. Unfortunately, all three pairs were turned away. The reasons given felt like excuses rather than genuine assessments. I've seen incredible shoe repair work showcased on social media, where skilled craftsmen seem to perform miracles on worn-out footwear. This experience was incredibly disappointing. I expected more from a professional shoe repair shop.

Zane was very nice with assisting me with some old boots that need some work on my heels. Used to come here a long time ago but I moved out of the area. Great to see they are still giving great service and friendly to deal with.

I couldn’t have been more happier!!! I had my boots stretched here to fit my big calves. I must admit I was somewhat skeptical at first, but the results made me a new customer!! They did an amazing job.!! The customer service is impeccable. And the prices are fair.

I bought in a pair of back suede designer books with gold studs. To my surprise when I looked on the bottom they were dry rotted completely. I went to one shoe repair and they said no. Then I remembered this shoe repair and he son of the owner did a FANTASTIC JOB. I was in aww of how GREAT THEY LOOKED WHEN I PICKED THEM UP ON NOVEMBER 2, 2024. I had a long talk with his dad and how proud he is of him and how he has always had a desire to think out the box and is always planning in his mind what it will look like. He is one proud father and I will continue to bring my things to get repaired to this location. GREAT JOB AND CONTINUED BLESSINGS TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, AND BUSINESS !
