I posted a thorough review earlier regarding a horrible experience with an employee at the store on Calumet. He robbed me of all of my excitement of getting my new phone. Took all the joy out of it. And the owner responded with a generic “thank you for sharing your experience. I will forward to the store.” And some garbage about FB and a community forum. The man at the store repeatedly dissed Apple products while representing Apple products. To me, that is crappy and wholly unprofessional. Plus, he did a horrible job setting up my phone! After I left, I was highly disappointed and quite upset, but now, given the owner’s flippant response, I am angry.

I had come in for product pick up and I will admit that it was very fast. I was working with Josh and could tell from the jump that he had no desire to help me. He seemed bothered that I had even walked in the door. When I first purchased my item online, I mentioned that I had chose the store pick up option but it didn’t tell me which location, so I was wondering if I could go anywhere for the pick up. He answered my question in a pretty degrading fashion. If you don’t enjoy where you work, please find somewhere else.

I was currently looking to get a new watch. I talked to a worker named josh. Immediately he had a very rude demeanor. Didn't seem welcoming at all. It seemed very much like I was wasting his time. I hope he was just having a bad day.

Went in to get my address changed for my Z Fold 7 pre-order and the curly haired lady had no intention on helping me. As soon as I walked up I could tell I wasn't getting any help. Then she told me there was nothing that could be done and my phone was getting sent to my old address no matter what. She didn't even refer me to call spectrum, which is what I did. I called and got my order changed to my new address without issue. Zoel from Spectrum Mobile Support in Florida was pleasant and very helpful. But the lady from this Spectrum store lied and just didn't care to try anything. She never even tried to look into it further, nor had any intention. Avoiding this store. Next one closest is 15 minutes further and I'll still be going to that one instead.

The service worked well while I used it. That was the positive. The negative is the stores where you have to go for equipment or customer service have ridiculous waiting times. Additionally, make sure you keep your equipment until the very last day of your billing cycle to get your full monies worth. They DO NOT prorate your bill at all. I returned my equipment halfway through my billing cycle and they charged me for the full thing! I've never heard of a company not prorating something like this. Outrageous!

I went to this store last week to upgrade my cellphone. The associates there were polite, prompt, and professional. They set realistic expectations, let us know what they felt about the performance of the options they had available, the costs, took care of it quickly, and were easy to get along with the whole time. I plan on using this location for any future Spectrum business.
