Wish we had public transit like this all over the country! Has several transportation options and hours are really good. Things looked clean and surprisingly quiet. could enjoy readying a book or watching a TV show on my laptop with no disturbances.

I called the office to make a complaint regarding the Bike Link Trail, and the receptionist was very courteous when taking my call. Within 2 hours, I received a call-back, and the person I spoke with was attentive and assuring. As a daily bike rider, the trail is outstanding, and I appreciate all those who maintain it.

Got on the 16 bus to go home from work, got on the bus and paid my fare and went to sit down. The bus driver yells at me to come up front and kicks me off for not wearing a mask. I have been riding the bus consistently for the past month when the mask thing started and they have never said anything about getting kicked off for not wearing a mask. The bus driver didnt say anything about me not wearing a mask as I got on and paid; but rather waited til i sat down and then told me. I was then made to walk about 3 miles home in 90 degree weather wearing my all black work uniform. Very rude bus driver as well.

I left my purse on the bus. Had to go down to the St Clair county Transit office because someone actually turned it in. I was so thankful because I had like $600 in there and everything was still in my purse. I was so surprised. The people at the office were very friendly.

98% on time, safe drivers, no real issues except one bus ran 15 minutes early and I I missed work. Generally highly recommended.
