I attended this range while visiting from out of town. While inside, our rental car was damaged by an irresponsible patron. The facility had a nice amount of surveillance so I was relieved. Oddly all of the cameras on the premise were "Temporally Down" and we were unable to review the incident. I gave the Owner/Manager my contact information so that we could be notified once the cameras were back up. I never heard from them. I called and left numerous messages but no one has responded. This was about 8 months ago.

Lew the instructor was first class and his sister, this was the best thing we've done whilst over here on this trip with my two pals Robbo and Tom.

Edited: I was told that the power went off when I arrived. Despite a rough start, Luie helped me with my paper application and showed me some of the guns he designed. The staff was very helpful. Look forward to picking up my weapon. Thank you.

Finally made it to this range. I've been wanting to try it for some time now. Went there today with 2 guests. I didnt know what to expect because of what I read in the reviews but everything was perfect. I had a really great time and so did my guests. We walked in and the lady who was behind the counter did what she had to do. The range personnel did what they had to do. And we were off to having some quality, fun family time. Easy clear cut experience I will definitely be going here more frequently.

This place is ok. Been here a few times with a friend. My trainer made me feel comfortable and the other two women there were professional. Trainer taught me the basics of shooting. Not much of a selection though. And the bathroom was clean!!

Came here a couple of days ago to sell my handgun. They made the whole process easy & convenient. They were professional & I also appreciate not low balling me on the price I wanted to sell my handgun for. I look forward to coming back again.
Wish I could give this place another 5 stars. Came here again to use their range and I had a great time.

Made a purchase online from this place. According to my bank, the transaction was completed in November. I called once about my order in December and was told my order was being shipped. As we move towards February, still have received nothing. Guess it's my fault for expecting a certain amount of professionalism. Yes it would be nice to have my money returned, especially since I grew up with one of the owner's dad. Be careful everyone. Based upon my experience....this seems like a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office Monday.

I appreciate your explanation, and I did receive a partial refund. There seems to be a discrepancy of around $80. Was wondering if there was some sort of charge I was unaware of? As a former owner of a black owned business, I understand fully the challenges that are faced daily. That's why I was compelled to support your company. Having someone that I've known for over 50 years involved was just icing on the cake. Thank you in advance for checking on the discrepancy. Good luck in your endeavor.
