Went to stouts the other day and received the best customer experience I’ve ever had in my life! Their associate, Kylie, was absolutely PHENOMENAL and helped us with any questions or concerns we had for certain shoes fitting our feet. I went here to buy new workout shoes. When I walked in someone did say "hello" but that was the only thing ever said to me. They were busy, and I waited patiently for over 20 min, and still no one said they would be with me shortly or anything. I began to wonder if I was invisible. I saw a pair of sandals I liked too, but I couldn't try anything on - no help! I went somewhere else for new workout shoes AND for the sandals I didn't know I needed. I spent over $200 elsewhere because no one would talk to me and seemed to enjoy ignoring me. I will never go back.
