JR did an amazing job with my snowboard boots. He worked for about 1.5 hrs to make them fit perfect. These boots are super hard to break in. Now I don’t have to suffer for a month to get them where I can ride comfortably. Thanks JR!

Joaquin is the absolute best. He's incredibly sweet and understanding. My board had a small area of delamination and I brought my board in for a warranty replacement. It took a little over a month due to k2 not responding to both he and I. Finally due to the wait I ended up getting a brand new k2 passport that I was able to shred on at Mt. Bachelor and it was all thanks to Joaquin. He's already the manager, but he should definitely get a promotion, raise, or at least a bonus! I also took the board to crystal and it kicked a** there as well!

The BEST customer service I’ve ever seen! One could say too good! I just bought a pair of ski pants (3/13/25) this evening and every staff member was outstandingly helpful. They also were helping my dad with a ski helmet which he didn’t end up buying only due to not having his goggles with him to try on all together. However as we were leaving i noticed they had to unlock the door for us so I figured we had accidentally kept them a bit late. When I got in the car and realized we had kept them 40 MIN PAST I was appalled they didn’t kick us out sooner. Literally so helpful when they should have told us they were closed and sent us on our way. I just want to make an appreciation post about our lovely experience and to make sure the staff knew we’re so grateful for their above and beyond customer service especially when it wasn’t necessary. THANK YOU!

These guys are hands down the best tennis shop you could ask for- they have good tips on what to buy, they gave me a great deal, and helped customize the grip on my new rackets for me.

Worked with Dana and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. I’m a very difficult person to get fitted for boots but Dana walked through the entire process smiling and explaining the whole way. Every single person in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and makes you feel like you’ve got a personal team tending to your every need! Thanks for everything

Best place to have your skis or board tuned up. I brought mine in and had some work done, and the first day back on the slopes I sustained some more damage to some of the repaired portions. I brought it back and they fixed it without charging me a second time. Excellent customer service that was greatly appreciated!

My gf and our friends enjoyed their time working with Davis getting their boot fitted and new snowboard. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the stuff. I highly recommend him if you're into getting new equipment!

I had an outstanding custom boot fitting with JR yesterday. I bought my ski boots from Sturtevant’s in 2023, but after a season-ending knee injury in 2024, they needed adjustments. JR’s knowledge of post-surgery knees and my specific foot anatomy was pretty impressive. He understood the mission and my boots fit great. I’m excited to get back on the mountain to test them out.
