While riding thru on a long bikepacking trip I called Chip about my rear hub failing. He explained everything over the phone to help me understand, got my part ordered, and had me in n out of the shop super fast! I broke a spoke on an extended bikepacking trip and was able to limp into Hailey. I thought my trip was done but Chip had the right size spoke in stock and had me on my way in under 45 minutes. It was like a magic trick. Never underestimate the value of a skilled master mechanic. I doubt this would have been my experience at one of the larger bike shops.

If you're looking for the best bike mechanic in the valley your search is over. Chip is a master mechanic and a true artisan. Forget the big bike shop bling emporiums. This is the guy you want wrenching on your beloved ride. Oh by the way it doesn't matter if you're riding a $12K bike or a $100 bike he'll treat them both with the same loving care.
