I love this store! Definitely worth the trip from Milwaukee. I'm leaving town in a week so I was under pressure to finally find THE wedding guest dress. The staff were really supportive and provided options for styles and sizes that I would not have picked on my own, but totally worked when I tried them on. They also made really helpful suggestions for hair and accessories too. I love the catalog, but coming to an actual store was a special experience. I'll be back!

I have been shopping at Sundance since the day it opened in Deer Park. It is a little bit of a hike for me but worth it. For example, yesterday I got there 30 minutes before the store closed. Almost every sales person in the store helped me, spearheaded by Wendy and Becky. They all work as a team and do their best to be honest about how things fit and how they look. It is just delightful. Even if I have had a problem, they take care of it 1-2-3. And we were still there checking out at 5::03pm and they were all still smiling and suggesting things. Excellent service in retail is not dead. Although no one comes close to the women in Deer Park, IL. And if you have things you want to purchase from the catalog, they will place them for you and waive the shipping.

She provided AMAZING customer service, on a very busy Sale Day! I really appreciate the time she spent searching the store for my items. Love you, Debbie!! You're Super Rad!! : )

Love the Bohemian flare, country look. Beautiful items from shoes to jewelry. They carry brands boutique stores dont carry.

This store continues to be my favorite store. I am in there often and not only am I greeted by name and made to feel welcome, but Becky, Naomi, Riley, Michelle and others are so patient, cheerily putting up with and helping with my indecisiveness, my days that I’m rushed and other times that I’m not at my best! They always try (and are usually successful) to find stores that carry an item that are otherwise out of stock. If they know I want to try on an item before ordering it, they call me when it arrives at their store. I can’t say enough good things about Sundance at Deer Park!!

Took my mom here for one of her Mothers Days gifts. She lives in Bourbannais, IL. She orders from the catalog all the time. My mom was blown away with what this store has to offer. She had a great experience. Customer Service was also top notch.
