I am shocked by the poor attitude of one of the staff members in this store. I recently went to return an online purchase. The sales lady was not happy about it, and told me to remove the items was returning from the bag for her. It was very hostile and offensive. But, apparently, she is tone deaf when it comes to taking care of customers. She never asked what was wrong or if she could help me with anything. I will be sure to shop somewhere else if they don't want my business.

This Talbots has a really nice layout with petit and plus sizes in their own wings so you don't have to look for them. I went for the petit section and was really happy with the selection. Even after being there for quite a while, the staff was always lovely to work with. I wish the brand would release more clothing made from natural materials, but otherwise, my experience here was great. Parking is easy, handicap accessible and right off the highway.

My boss and I are frequent shoppers at Talbots, many different locations but this is the only location that gives off the feeling that we are always being followed, they make you feel like your stealing something from their store. The last time we went there one associate called the other as we walked in , pretty much telling her “watch them over there” we’d never go to the Glastonbury location again

I have been a Talbots customer since the 1980's. I love their clothing and accessories. Every season is new and fresh. Petite sizing is always available. The sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Lady at the counter didn’t know what she was doing
Folded the trousers so she added creases to them - shouldn’t that be the first thing they teach them - how to fold clothes?
