Never had an issue. In fact, they’ve come through and helped us with a broken pipe and leak. They monitor everything digitally, so they can tell when your water started running to the second. So if you try to protest a bill, guess what, you can’t (ahem, bad reviewers), sorry! Pay your bills and your water stays on! Amazing.

We have stopped in at the Talty Water Supply, off route 741 in Forney, many times over the last 5 months. Whenever Daisey is at the front counter , we are guaranteed wonderful service. We are new to the area and she has always been patient and informative (no matter what the question.) Once our question involved several other staff members to resolve it. Everyone was interested in our understanding, as well as providing the answer. They never rush, nor dismiss us. Thank you. May you all be blessed for your kindness.

Very pleased with the service. Matt and his team checked my meter as initial inspection showed potential leak. They problem solved and answered all my questions with great advice to save $. Yea things are expensive these days with bills, but what isn’t? They will do as much as hiring a plumber as I requested for no $ compared to plumber rates. Know your usage and trim down usage in ways that benefits your bottom dollar.

Last year asked them to come check my meter. They'd sent me a bill for 55,000 gallons of water at $450.00. (Billy Jack said that was normal.. BTW) they didn't come out. Next month it was 33,000 gallons. They still wouldn't come out. Found out AT&T compromised out water line. All I got was a credit for a $125 repair that Daily was nice enough to fix. Because Billy Jack is too busy to follow up on his installations now. Besides he'll just dummy up an invoice without doing the work anyway.Yes, folks BJ wouldnt come out. It was originally a sprinkler head that tipped me off. Needed help no one came. Just happened again too with a leak I needed help with. I'm no longer of any use to Billy Jack after paying for a system. He told me $175 per hr. Really ? Also, found out I got a new meter last fall. My water bill went down to normal $60 per month. Tell that to my lawn and foundation. Who's liable for that ? UNBELIEVABLE. !!!

They can do and charge whatever they want due to having a monopoly. Not sure how my water bill is more than 2 months of my electric bill but okay. Can't wait until another company is able to provide service to the area.

Rude customer service. Online payment system has been down for over 2 weeks. Automated phone system doesn’t work, and they can’t take payments over the phone! I had to go PAY for temp checks from my bank, travel back from out of town to make sure the bill is paid. It’s the HOLIDAYS! No one wants to fool with your FOOLISHNESS! I cannot WAIT until Forney has other options! HORRIBLE COMPANY! I will be calling to speak to a supervisor or come to the board meeting! SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE FAST!

Such a difficult company to work with... actually scratch that - they won't work with you AT ALL. They will turn off your water in a heartbeat without notice and then charge you $50 to reconnect it even if the error was on their part and they refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
