They are nice small town folks just doing their jobs.

They do not operate via email nor Internet. If you are handicapped you must still get to the office to establish service.

their hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 1230 and then 130 to 5 o’clock.

They close for lunch 1230 to 130 & they’re closed on Saturday & Sunday.

They do have a sign but they don’t have an icon or anything it’s just a yellow and black sign at the bottom of a complex sign and it looks like an old house turned into a commercial office space. ..... The typical east Texas slab with brick house

They need to upgrade their communication. When my water goes out, we get no warning. This happens every few weeks! If customers are going to be without water, they need to communicate that! The water slows at times with no explanation seems to be a pattern. I pay my bill as soon as I get it in the mail, never late so there is no excuse there.

If possible I would give no stars.Horrible customer service lady at from rude, racist and disrespectful. The manager no better evn worse. The man added a 50$ late fee while I’m at the office waiting to talk to him and pay my bill. How do I get a late fee when u at the office and everyone there know. If I didn’t have to use them I would never again and actually I’m working on a well right now just not to have to pay my money to people who are rude racist and disrespectful

I have yet to show up during business hours and them actually be open. Says they open at 8 yet here I am at 9:35 and still no one.... and when you call they say oh they must be running late, give them 10minutes

Bill increase more than doubled.. been with them 17 years and the water has never been drinkable.. letters have been sent out every month with warnings.

The address list here is not the correct address. Do yourself a favor and call before you attempt to find this office. The office staff are very friendly and will help you anyway they can.
