I received no notice on boil water in my neighborhood. The next day I saw a small sign outside the entrance to our area. When you call no one has any update info. The website gives no updates on progress. Bad customer service.
UPDATE:
A few days later I called the office and arranged a call back. The nice lady informed me that the day before, they lifted the ban. At least she was nice. They desperately need to update their method of communication

If you have a choice, Don’t use this utility company. I have a vacant property and they are charging me +$400 just for one month. Nobody lives there and there are no leaks. I tried to reach out but crickets. If I don’t pay, they shut the water off. Horrible business. Huge bills without any explanations and without any way to contact the company. If you hate money and hate being respected, then sign right up.

One star is too generous. Southwest Water Company is by far the worst utility provider I’ve ever dealt with. They charge a minimum of $200/month even when no water is used. The water itself is filthy, undrinkable, and smells terrible — I wouldn’t trust it for even basic use. They tack on absurd fees for everything, including over $150 just to start or stop service. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely horrible — unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to reach. Unfortunately, since they’re a monopoly in some areas, we have no choice but to pay outrageous prices for unusable water. Avoid them if you have any alternative. I will be hiring an attorney for putting my family's and my health at risk after extensive water testing has been done.

WORST water company. We had a leak I sent many emails reporting it never got a response when I called they said they never had record of any of the emails. Would not give me any assistance on high bills because they said there was no record of reporting a leak

It seems I have the same complaints as everyone else. Terrible customer service. They cut our water off without any notice at all, over a payment that supposedly "returned" in DECEMBER (we're halfway through April). But we're current on everything else?! Cutting the water off without notice is WILD, especially when we have small children under the age of 4. Not to mention, we've been in the same house for almost 5 years and our water bill has never been over $200, which it has been as of recent. $200/month for water that I have a hard time even giving to my dogs. I don't know if we have a choice as to which water company we use but I would suggest the HOA looks into Olson (if plausible), they are a fairly local company (Lipan)

So I normally don't rate places but I decided to today because I have noticed a change in service. Lately I have been getting way better service from South West that I felt they deserve to get some credit. The last couple years this company was just terrible but as I said it seems the training and hiring has been getting better or at least the people I have spoken with over the last few months. I am giving it only 4 stars due to all the previous experiences that were bad but the service has been great the last 4 or 5 times I have had to contact them. Hopefully management sees this and know that whatever changes they have made recently is starting to work!

Words cannot convey the absolute contempt I have for this company. I honestly don't believe they read the meters. One month it's $150...next month it's $75...next month it's back up to $150. There's absolutely no way 2 people use that much water. But then we're all stuck and they know it. They can have crappy customer service and if you don't pay the huge bill, they'll cut it off and sleep like big ol snorin babies at night. I detest this company and pray for a change soon. How can one company hold this many people hostage?

I have never dealt with a company like this.this is the worst costumer service ever. They can not ever give amounts you have to pay every month and they dont even send out our bills EVER but they have your address to shut you off. We are going thru a tough time and we are always behind because of not receiving our monthly bill. We paid them over 1000 dollars in February and have been complaining about not receiving bill and all we get is talk to your post office when we do recieve all our other bills.we paid over 400 in May and again no bill just now we paid over 500. GOD WHEN WILL THIS END THIS IS RIDICULOUS. honestly I would not recommend this company to anyone and we have no choice but to use them because of the area we live in. This is truly ungrateful andi dont recommend this company to anyone.if there was more I can do or if anyone has some advice PLEASE this is so hard to get any answers from them
