I highly recommend this business. I was pleased to walk in the door and receive a heartfelt " hello", asking if I needed any assistance. The staff was warm and welcoming. Their costumer service was on point. They answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond to help me . Not to mention, I was delighted to learn The BroadRoom is a family owned business. I cannot be more happy with my experience there today. I have quite the wish list so I look forward to popping in on the regular to check of my wishlist. The BoardRoom is vibing. They put their heart and soul in this business.

This is a place. They are people. Nate ain't looking for no new brands. Check out Prestige, they got the goods and it's a shop where you can hang looser than a gooseneck gooseberry.

I wish that I could give the folks here a better review. They were incredibly nice and tried their best to help afterwards, but at the end of the day, they sold me the wrong equipment and it needed to be replaced almost immediately.

I wanted to learn to snowboard this year so I went I to The BoardRoom to buy a full set (board, boots, bindings). They were really helpful and nice and I followed their guidance. Unfortunately, this ended with me buying a board that was too small for my weight and boots that were too big for my feet. This also meant that the bindings (Burton Step-On) were too big for the boots that I actually needed.

I went back a few times to try and adjust things and they did their best. I tried going into another shop for a second opinion and they weren’t able to do much with the boots either.

My snowboard instructor noticed the issue right away and buying the correct sized gear solved a ton of problems that I was having.

Maybe I just had an inexperienced person helping me, but knowing nothing about snowboarding, I trusted them and now have an almost brand new set up that I have already replaced entirely.

The last time I was in, I asked what my options were and they said that the only thing I could do was to sell the stuff as used.

It kinda sucks as I love supporting local shops and this place was highly rated and recommended by friends, but I cannot recommend that you go there unless you already know what you need.

My favorite place in the valley with some of my favorite people. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, funny and really genuine folks.

Do yourself a favor if you're ever in here, get to know these folks and support a top notch brick and mortar family shop!
