So disappointed in what it has become. It's been almost 13 yrs since visiting. Used to be a great store with unique items. Now it reminds me of a common boot barn.

The folks that were working there were so very helpful! They have been working very hard with all the extra customers coming from Lincoln because of the fire at the store in Lincoln. Very cheerful! Their sidewalk sale was inside because it was 105°f outside. #grateful. Sat my phone down and forgot to pick it up (I do that alot) they immediately grabbed the phone behind the counter and asked what my number was and two employees helped me look for it 🥴 it was found without incident. At first I was hesitant to drive that far just for a pair of jeans he really didn't need but I'm glad he talked me into going with him. It was a very clean store, easy to find and the customer service was beyond reproach! Would not hesitate for one second to go back to the Nebraska City store again. Great experience 👍

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing there I would buy. Clothing too "trendy" as opposed to traditional western. Nothing for a plus sized person.

I made the trip down from Lincoln to hit up some sales and y'all.... if you're ready for the real Fort experience, I highly recommend this store! The staff is phe-nom-enal!! They were helpful, honest about style and so sweet! The vibe in this store makes you feel at home. If you show up be sure to find the Manager, Sarah, and say hi to her (you will love her)! She really is the glue of this place and you can tell her awesome leadership has a trickle down effect to her staff! Great work team!

Incompetent help asked for them to check if they had a different size boot field my wife girl said yes we have them I'll send someone down 15 mins later watching 3 girls standing at the register I went back up and was do you know how much longer the girl completely didn't tell anyone to busy chatting to do their jobs

Good selection of western clothing. Large store; clean; merchandise clearly marked and displayed.
My wife found a nice pair of knit wool gloves that she really likes. They are proving their worth during this cold spell(mid-January).

I have been to The Fort' several times. The people were friendly and helpful every time. I have gotten some great deals on hats there and they are very good at shaping and sizing hats for you on the spot. I have never had a problem with rudeness though I am well mannered myself I usually get that in return. Great store and massive selection of western wear!

I love the Fort. Their staff is hands up some if the nicest people. The big downfall however are the prices. They are pretty high and I always find items I would love too buy, however the prices are too high. I have been to both stores (Lincoln).
