Brand new $220 coat purchased downtown location. Defective coat blowing feathers from multiple micro holes. Customer service would not let me exchange! Wanted to send off my coat for 5-7 weeks to see if manufacturer would inspect coat. Ummmm NO! It is 20 degrees outside and you want my coat for up to 2 months! Come in NF! Multi million dollar company and you aren’t going to exchange a new coat!
This girl is going back to Patagonia and Stio!

We have lived in Utah,Montana,Oregon and reside in Idaho. Was just watching the news and now you can get 20 percent off any purchase if, you take a test to denounce WHITE PRELIVLAGE. What a shame that you paint this beautiful world with an ugly brush. Everything we bought from North Face is in the garbage. Never will we buy another dam thing from you! Shame on you!!

Tried to return a bag that was purchased online. Brand new with the tags attached, had the receipt, also within 60 days. North face website says items purchased online, can be returned in store. I was told that they cannot return the item in the store, and I would have to ship the items back myself. Do not know what the associates' names were, as they were not wearing name tags. Staff were not helpful at all, seemed annoyed I was trying to return an item, and condescending. Will not be back at all. Worst experience I have ever had in retail. This Boise store really needs to do better, it has a reputation for being horrible to customers.

Bought a shirt that tag said was $45.00 and was 40 percent off. Charged me $55.00 price with 40 percent off. The worker said computers were not working and could not fix the overcharge. They did not care at all about their mistake. North face: you owe me $10.00 plus dollars!!!
