I was at this location on Sunday. Attention NORTH FACE CORPORATE.

Please be aware that you need to educate your employee who appeared to be a manager acting like super security at the front door. There is no need to run to the front door and PRETEND you are folding clothes and moving coats to one location to another. It is simply embarrassing to you. It is sad. Shoppers want to experience (freedom) to walk around NOT be shadowed or watched by an overzealous want to be employee who believes that he needs to stand at the front door like a fixture. It is really sad. Think about the message you send and the profiling displayed under this unnecessary action. He was an older man with a very bad attitude almost like a lost or damaged former cop. There was a North Face jacket I was looking at. However, after witnessing his bad behavior I would never recommend anyone to enter this store and spend their money in this store. Honestly, why would I spend my money in this store? If you are that afraid people will steal you NEED to close your doors for good. Really Sad!

ABSOLUTELY JANKY! The first issue with this store is they sell ripped products. On multiple occasions I was sold and spotted many torn products stocked in the store. Prime example, I bought a $350 coat a few weeks ago and returned it because it was torn and Instead of sending the product back to the warehouse the store associate hung the coat right back up in my face like nothing ever happened. The second issue with this store is no one ever answers the phone (I tried calling them every day for a week straight). Anyone who visits Lenox mall knows this store is hardly ever packed even on a busy Black Friday yet the store manager and associates are somehow busy. The third issue with this store is their machine to process a store credit gift card doesn’t work. My suggestion to corporate is to clean house and hire a new set of employees that are more honest, attentive, and will at least answer the phones. I mean how much potential revenue do you think these employees including store manager made you lose out on while not caring because they are all getting paid weekly to bi weekly still regardless? My suggestion to customers are to either go to the Woodstock location or strictly deal with their online site because these people will sell you defective products (I’ve experienced this more than 3 times).

I just wanted to share my experience at the North Face store in Lennox Mall. Let me say not only was the clothing of great quality but so was the service that I received from Marilyn. She was amazing!! She had a great personality and was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. With her exceptional service I was able to find everything that I needed. I will definitely shop there again very soon! Thank you Marilyn, you’re so awesome!

I didn’t purchase anything on this visit because they didn’t have the jacket I was looking for. I love Northface jackets and hats. the store at Lenox Mall it’s nice and clean.
