I’m not a runner but have had some foot pain years ago I tried to remedy with support inserts. That gave me some temporary relief, but not until I went into Runner’s Flat was I able to resolve my foot pain. I was watched on a treadmill to discover I had pronation on both feet. Then was shown a variety of shoes engineered to compensate for my trouble. I’m on my 11th pair now and can’t say enough good things about the friendliness and service I always receive. Thank you Jack, Sarah and all the gang!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They always take the time to do a proper assessment of how you run to make sure you get the right shoes. They also put on a ton of local running activities like group runs and training teams. The Runner's Flat is a huge reason the running community in the Cedar Valley is so tight knit and special.

Awesome customer service! They were able to help me find a great running shoe for my iron man journey. The gate analysis was interesting! The staff was also really nice about me walking in wearing barefoot shoes, no one laughed too hard about it. I’ll definitely be coming back to Runner’s Flat for the next pair.
