The Ski Shop

We have used The Captains Cabin for many years now for ski wear but this time I needed new ski boots. Andy was absolutely brilliant, was patient and very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to make sure I had the right fit. I had to go back for some minor adjustments (widening of the boot) and once again Andy ensured I got the perfect fit. I skied in my new boots this week and they were absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend and they are way better than some of the London based competition . Thanks again Captains Cabin.

Have been here multiple times, good service, reasonable pricing for boot fittings, ski services. Went in right before Christmas and had a really good experience, they were pretty booked up but were willing to squeeze my ski service in before I left the following week, during a peak time. Didn’t catch the staff members name but he was super super helpful with boot fitting also. Highly recommend.

Great service, great knowledge and great stock. The only reason it's 4 stars is that certainly for what I was recommended all the prices were full RRP. I appreciate you pay for the service and knowledge but given the substantial discounts offered online I felt that maybe just a slight incentive could have been offered especially when you're into high hundreds or indeed thousands.

Great shop and very welcoming staff. Took time to explain ski gear and wasn't pressured into buying a certain brand.

Captain’s Cabin have always provided first class service, but my recent experience showed another level of customer service that was truly exceptional. Pasq, the owner, will always try and help out if he can, but this time he truly exceeded every expectation, by managing to find a pair of ski boot liners (in the exact size required) for a pair of 10 year old ski boots that are now discontinued. Pasq, I can’t thank you enough for all your time and effort in helping me resolve my problem - and I look forward to skiing in my “new” boots for many years to come! I can’t recommend this shop highly enough! Definitely an 11/10 ?

Top-class fitting experience here. Unfortunately couldn't find the perfect fit, but the fitters didn't try to sell me a pair that wouldn't have worked. Great customer service and they were determined to really understand my ski ability and what I wanted from the boots. A good selection in-store and have already recommended my family members to go and get sorted! Thank you guys
