First time checking this location. At first it’s a blah… coz the person working here seems to don’t care at all. I don’t blame her coz at the same time some stocks just came in and at the same time this one middle-aged woman are currently doing inventory on their stuffs.

But as soon as the other woman finished loading up the stocks, the sales person was able to accommodate us and is patience going back and forth at the back trying to find the sizes that we need for our foot.

Purchased Keen and leave the store so cheery coz husband and I have matching shoes!

Hubs needed a good walking shoe for our trip that has a wide toe box. Tried on the Brooks sneaker and it was very comfortable. He suffers from Mortonʻs Neuroma and will add a metatarsal pad to the insole.

This store sells shoes and shoe inserts for comfort. Most of the products they sell state comfort guarantee on the packaging or your money back but the store will not honor that guarantee. The receipt states all sales are final and they circle it before you leave. The store policy according to all employees and the manager is that absolutely no cash or credit card refunds.

I purchased an item from them but found something better in another store. I tried to get a refund within the hour and they refused. Wow...

駐車場も広く、こじんまりしていて良いですよ。

This is the first time visiting here so I was not impressed with the customer service given. My friend was the one who told me about the slippers here. When we walked in the sales associate did not ask us if we needed help even though we were the only ones in the store. I picked slippers and when I asked her questions about the stock availability of other colors she seemed like it was such a pain to give me information. The other thing was I looked around the store picking up items and not once did she ask me if I needed help or explain to me what any of the items were. I bought the highest recommended brand slippers Vionex but would have liked better customer service from the clerk.

Horrible customer service. I have been recently diagnosed with plantar fasiatis and was recommended to come here to buy shoes. As I walked into the store there was only one person helping customers which is fine at least I could look around and try some shoes on. When I asked for help, the employee was very rude and condescending after I explained what kind of shoes I need. Will never return to this location and will never recommend this store to anyone. One star is too much to give them! BTW I usually don’t write negative reviews but this store is exception to my rule.

Was told I could exchange within 10 days but when I went in with receipt 4 days later was told no exchanges. $90 down the drain socks for me. Lame store should have been more up front with info receipt does say "exchanges are subject to managers discretion" manager says no I guess you're done and out $90 😒

Was greeted as I walked in but felt like I was just be observed like I was going to steal something. I understand that cuz I work in retail too. But at least ask if I had any questions or needed help. I got what I needed through.
