A broken sandal meant I needed new sandals quickly. Happened to see this store a few days ago and decided to give them a try because I have very high arches and have difficulty finding shoes with enough support, let alone sandals.

The woman there was extremely helpful and brought out several things for me to try until we found one that fit my arches perfectly and was good for walking trails. There was no color selection, but it's September after all, and I did get an end-of-season sale price. I'm just happy they had something that worked so my busy weekend can continue without resorting to winter shoes that would be far too warm!

The service here is wonderful. The employees really seem to know a lot about the shoes they're working with. They can answer almost any questions you throw at them and if they don't know the answer, they know where to look or who to call to find it. The shoes are great quality and very sturdy. I've bought so many shoes here and I love them. The insoles they have saved my feet. I feel like I can be on them forever and never need to worry about them hurting. Really you should absolutely shop here. I've never felt so comfortable in my shoes.

My wife ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals May of last year. She went to use them this May and noticed that they were cracking. She took them back to the store where She ordered them from and they said they can’t do anything! When you spend $100 on a pair of sandals, wear them for maybe 5-6 months and they don’t hold up the way they should, you would think they would stand behind what they sell. NOPE!!! I do not recommend shopping at a store that does not take care of their customers! I call the corporate customer service and they said they only stand behind their own brand! The referred me to call Birkenstock which I did and they are seeing what they can do! At least they are trying! DO NOT SHOP AT THE WALKING COMPANY!!

The employees really care about the customers that come in, and will do everything they can to provide the best fit. The abeo brand shoes are warrantied for a full year! Unfortunately other brands are outside their control, but they're happy to put you in contact with someone who CAN help!

Check with Nordstroms before you buy here. I purchased a pair of shoes that fell apart after 2 months. There was nothing that they could do so I was out of a good amount of money. I check Nordstroms and they carry that brand and add most know, they back up their merchandise.

Rude to customers. The lady at the checkout made me feel very uncomfortable and scolded me for returning something after 30 days. This was my first time ever ordering from this company so I was not aware of their return policy. I will NEVER return to this store based on the way she made me feel. Horrible customer service!!!!

THEY ARE CLOSED... they can't even bother to update their store hours or have a voice machine that says they are closed... nope they say they are open on here. But are Really closed.
