Fix-A-Flat and an old plug inside the tire. Give that kid a raise to make sure you keep him!

Had a really good experience today. I was out of town and had a tire blow out on i95. I called and they had my tires in stock. Guys got me right in. I asked if there was a place to get food. They had ordered and extra sub and offered it to me. Great service, very friendly. I would recommend taking your vehicle there 100% of the time.

They had me in and out super fast with 4 new tires. The manager Jesse handled an issue that popped up like an absolute G. Problem solved without missing a beat! Everyone who I interacted with that works there is ridiculously nice and down to earth. The building is super clean and there are tons of outlets to charge your phone while you wait. And I mean really the most important part tho is that I walked out of there saving even more money than I thought I was going to so winning for sure. Would recommend!

Great new facility with a friendly and knowledgeable team. I went here for a couple of replacement tires and an alignment, and their process of communication throughout the whole procedure is top notch. I was aware of exactly what they were doing because they were in touch via text message. I appreciate that.

Great work on the tires…and upon picking up, I found out they also offer services for vehicles. Sold! So I will be taking the car here for the next service. Prices cannot be beat! I expect the service process will be just as seamless. I highly recommend this new business. Attention to detail is very important to me, and they definitely have that.

Update

Had that service, and as I suspected, no issues whatsoever. Half the price of the Dodge dealership, quality work, great staff (Robert and Jesse), clean waiting area, you get the picture. If you’re looking for a no B.S. place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend this place.

Next update

Came back for my next scheduled service and things are a little bit different. There looked to be some personnel changes in the shop and at the front service desk, and unfortunately, it’s not going well. During my appt, there was arguing going on behind the counter between the customer service rep and someone else who works there. Not a good look. The new gentleman behind the counter is a little different personality, for sure. I came back here because of the amazing customer service and the real friendliness exhibited by Jesse and Robert. However, THIS guy does not possess those skills, as he seems to be in a bad mood unless a female customer comes in. He definitely perked up for her. But I had two additional requests that would hopefully be addressed during the service, but that didn’t go too well. We’ll see if I come back, but I’m on the fence at the moment. Airing grievances and dirty laundry in front of the customer, arguing amongst yourselves, and pointing fingers is a bad look and shouldn’t be done.

First time servicing my car locally and really pleased with Tire Outlet. Service Rep. Michael and Store Manager Jesse were great. Not just their interaction with me, but with all the customers, they were so respectful and helpful. Mechanics were really helpful too. I didn't even need new tires but needed brakes and rotors and an oil change. Looking through car records afterwards, I noticed rotors had never been done.
Great place. Highly recommend for any automotive need.

Had an oil change 10/25/24 at Tire Outlet. I was a walk-in and they welcomed me. They rotated tires and topped off all fluids too. Very nice waiting room and very friendly staff. They gave me a coupon price. Very happy with them and will he going back when i need other services for my vehicle. Thanks Tire Outlet.
