Thank you for your assistance! I bought a new Can-am side by side in Milwaukee and the dealer had programmed the key incorrectly. The staff quickly fixed the problem and did not charge me. They saved a vacation!

Was looking for quite some time for my older Ski Doo Modular helmet electric shield called over 13 dealers in the midwest looking for one.Was Refered by a dealer that said it showed they had it in stock. Called and Tracy in parts sent me a pic and even compared my pic i sent to them, they shipped it ups,you could throw this box off a building and it wouldn't get damaged,Item was packed great.
Would by from this dealership anyday of the week , very highly recommend great people to do business with one of the best dealerships ive ever dealt with over the phone in 40+ years .A+

As new snowmobile riders, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Tomahawk Sports Center. Today, we picked up two pre-owned snowmobiles and some new gear. The level of customer service has been outstanding throughout the dealership. We worked with Mike as he patiently helped us pick the right sleds and gear. He went through the delivery process, showed us how everything worked, and even loaded the machines on our trailer. The team at Tomahawk Sports Center gets an A+ from me. I purchased a “new” used 2016 Ski-Doo 800R Renegade XRS. I wanted all to be ready for me to ride right out of their shop on February 5th as my time to ride is extremely limited.

Mike, Neal and Jodi were ready and waiting for me. The sled was all prepped and maintained for me. All accessories I had ordered were installed on the sled. I put on my riding gear and out the door I went. In 3 weeks, I put on approx. 1,400 miles with no issues. I absolutely love the sled.

Thank you to Mike, Neal, Jodi and the entire team at Tomahawk Sports Center. You have earned the right of my referral and my continued business. Note: I have been doing business with the prior ownership for decades. This was my first dealing with the new. THANK YOU !!!

Words cannot thoroughly express how awful my experience with this so called service center was. The words that I do have to describe it wouldn't be appropriate for public display. Refused to inspect or submit warranty claim on new Shorelander trailer on my behalf. Went to Shoeder's Marine in Rhinelander and they were more than happy to help me and the matter was resolved within a day. I will never do any kind of business with this service center ever again. If you still decide to do business with Tomahawk Sport Center after reading this review, I highly recommend asking to talk with Glenn Owen. I promise it will be a real customer service treat.
