? Highly disappointed with this store. I bought these shoes on 4/17 trying to support local business in light of this pandemic. Went out for a 1-mile run and had to stop because they caused severe pain in both feet. I went in and asked for an even exchange and not my money back. They told me that their store policy is no returns if the shoe was worn outside. They are brand new shoes and they refused an even exchange for another pair. As you can see on the receipt, it clearly states 14-day return policy. Needless to say, I will never buy from this place again. I've never visited a shoe store with a 1-day no-return policy. I will be shopping in Carbondale's Independence Run and Hike store from now on. They have a reasonable return policy. I should have gone there in the first place. Lesson learned.

At the past suggestion of my wife and Ana Karen Screen, once in a Calendar year, I make my annual pilgrimage to Treadz in Glenwood Springs to make my yearly shoe purchase. This year was no different; after going hunting in my dress shoes, a purchase was in order. If you have not visited Treadz yet, I would recommend them for quality products at reasonable prices. And should you see these cruel shoes shopping in style in the downtown corridor, you know where to buy yourself a pair.

If you are looking for a wide selection of sustainable clothing brands this is a great spot!! They offer some know and unknown sustainable brands so there are some really unique pieces to be found.

The owner actually took the time to have a conversation with me after seeing us in his other store next door ( Toad & Co). All of the staff was wonderful and helpful!!

Great shoe store I loved everything I saw except the prices but that's to be expected for when they sell such awesome shoes!! I just bought a pair of high top boots for winter and I'm loving them! The lady who sold me them was very helpful and patient with me because it did take me awhile to choose a pair. She was also very friendly and we had a great conversation. I wish I could remember her name. Anyways I recommend this store, if you have the pocketbook for it lol.

Good selection of shoes, from athletic shoes to dress shoes to rugged boots. Good selection of men's wear, from jeans to dress shirts to wool sweaters to leather jackets. Also good men's accessories: hats, watches, wallets, belts, gloves.

They have women's stuff as well, but I can't speak to that selection.

Excellent service, too. I shop there frequently enough that the staff and owner greet me by name.

I'm thankful I have the option to spend my money at a well-run, locally-owned business.

Cool stuff but the customer service was...weird. We were bombarded by 3 different workers each came to us several times. The last time I thanked them for being attentive but asked if they could let us think about if we wanted something. Then he rolled his eyes at us and was SO rude! We walked out after that. Too bad because we loved the stuff they had.

I bought a pair of shoes and they had accidentally given me the wrong size for one of the shoes. I didn’t realize until I got home and wasn’t able to make the trip back to Glenwood, so the owner of Treadz personally drove over 30 miles to bring me the right shoe and fix the mistake! Great customer service! And I love the shoes!
