The new Trek that I purchased is the nicest bike I've ever owned. The attention to detail is quite impressive, from the disc brakes, through frame cables, quality drive train, to the beautiful paint. The quality truly shines! I also believe that customer service is extremely important and you have the BEST!! With the large variety of bikes, choosing one can be overwhelming. Ben took the time to explain the differences between the various bikes and he listened to what my needs and wants are. With his help I was able to select the perfect bike for me. He made the experience a truly enjoyable one and for that I am grateful.

Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the great staff at Trek Bicycle. I've stopped in several times for minor adjustments on my bike (seat height, minor gear adjustment, etc.) and the staff there is quick to help me out and doesn't charge a cent for these quick fixes. And I hadn't even bought my bike there.

Today a guy assisted me in securing my panniers, which I hadn't even purchased at the shop. He came up with a clever solution and again: didn't charge.

They've also been good with more involved fixes: chain replacement, brake work, etc. Quick and reliable.

If you're in need of good service for your bike, you can't go wrong here.

Been going there for over 30 years, back when it was EP Cycle. Though it became a Trex store they have always supported my non-Trek bikes and have repaired and serviced our tandem and e-bikes over the years, providing that local bike shop vibe. Nat and Ben are awesome to deal with and are always straight with you on issues and options. They also take very good care of military Vets and i want them to know that they are truly appreciated!

The bike techs are super fast, prices are reasonable and they always do a great job. Bought a pair of shoes and they attached spd cleats and a pair of pedals that I brought in for free

They were straight with me and told me the repair would cost more than my bike was worth. Ben, the associate who helped me, was great. He let me trade in my old bike for a used one they had already fixed up, and it was actually an upgrade. I’m more than happy with how it all turned out. I was in and out fast and back riding in no time!

Absolutely the best bike shop. The staff is professional, helpful, and very personable. The store is well stocked and organized. They went over and above in getting my bike back on the road. Special thanks to Nat for all his help!
