So, can't fix password problems on their website; trying to reset password gets no response email. Calling them, their recorded message says "if you need computer help, come to city hall" (!!!) For real? These folks Used to be responsive - what happened to Customer SERVICE?

Don't use bill pay cause they take your money and turn off your water. I called to get it sorted and after I told them (very calmly) that money was taken out of my account but they still shut off my water they hung up on me and rejected all further calls. This is incredibly frustrating because 1. I have no water, and 2. I just want them to get paid so I can have water.

Zero stars. Dont bother making an arrangement with them. They turn you off anyway. Never been disconnected before. Paid my bill, kept up payments. Because one of their agents failed to tell me I had to make the arrangements in writing I was disconnected. Cant turn it on for a few days. Their agents dont know how to do their job or inform someone who has never been disconnected about the process. Got kids in the house but who cares?

-5 stars ...DISLIIKE. I have been a customer with the City of T.F. for 19 yrs. I have quick pay and excellent payment history with them. I switched checking accounts and changed my information online "thinking this is how its taken care of". Because that's how today's billing works. The water dept. closed my account with no notice and tagged me to shut off my water. No email, No phone call, No letter. Did I mention 19 YRS !! I went online to pay this bill. That was not accepted as a payment by them. The women at the office where RUDE. Wouldn't answer any questions in a polite manner. Or give a simple explanation or work with me at all in a polite manner.I had to ask how resolve this issue. They flat out just wanted cash ...NOW. And would not take my online payment as payment. If I could got to an other company..I would. I'm disappointed in my cities water department. But I LOVE T.F. Customer service is NOT practiced at the water department!!

Not from Idaho, but moving there this week. I called to set up utilities at my new rental and the lady answering the phone was extremely rude. Not a great start to moving here. Also, what places still make you come in in-person and pay by check? Can’t get water set up til I’m physically there apparently. What kind of pre-historic place is this?

We jist moved here from out of state. They have a very out of date system for setting up the water. They're very hard to get a hold of. Once you do talk to someone they are nice and friendly. Just wish they had a more convenient way to get water turned on and an easier way of contacting someone to get help with the process.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are very hard to work with. You can't pay with a debit card, you can't call to set up service and they demand a deposit right there to turn it on. If you don't have it then you can't turn water on.

Horrible price gauging. Overpriced water rates. Still being Charged for Pressurized Irrigation in Late December when the system was turned off in Early October. Never seen such high water bills in any City I've lived in.
