The store is well-stocked and esthetically appealing. They sell the Innersense hair product line with natural ingredients. Ulta has a variety of beauty products and tools. The rewards program is awesome. The checkout line at this location moves fast and the people are cordial. Also, they carry a good line of colognes, including travel sizes at this location if that interests you.

I have been an Ulta shopper for a very long time but have noticed that lI am NEVER greeted or ever spoken to whenever I come to this specific location. They have only 2 cashiers and a very long line and one of the cashiers is tied up with a customer service issue with a guest. I love the products available at Ulta but the customer service is awful

NEGATIVE INFINITY STARS!!!

When I tell you I will NEVER step foot back in this establishment with its janky, incompetent and thoughtless employees! I spent my Christmas Eve driving to Timbucktoo because they haphazardly sold the item removed from the case for ME. Due to security protocols, the associate stated that she couldn’t give me the item to purchase, it would be placed behind the counter and waiting for me to get to the register. After I wait in this ridiculously long line, I get to the register only to find that they no longer had the cologne I came to purchase and everyone stood there looking dumbfounded. They did not have another one in store and no one made any effort to make it right by trying to call or locate the item with another store. They pretty much shrugged and said oh well after I had gone through so much and been to so many stores to find it. I would never recommend them for anything!

I went in for some foundation that will work with “mature” skin (doesn’t dry. Doesn’t sink into the creases). Christina helped me. She actually matched my color perfect; which is something I didn’t even know I needed help with. I still wasn’t sure about the color u til I got it home and tried it. What a difference!! Now I’ve got to talk to my so-called family and friends about letting me go out in public looking like I was wearing a face mask!
PS. Lancôme Ultra Wear Stick is amazing!!!

This was this past Saturday. I just wanted help looking at the perfumes. Had a girl come over, I asked if they had a certain perfume in stock so they said no. I carried on looking at more and then not even 2-3 mins later 2 other associates came to bother me which made me think they thought I was going to steal something. Then I went to get my hair spray, went back to the perfume. The girl that was there first decided to say “ you’re still here?” And I was like yeah.. I am just looking so she picked up a perfume+ sprayed it and said “ smell this” so I was like okay, that doesn’t smell like something I’d wear” so she caught an attitude and was like “ well, sorry I didn’t pick something you’d like..” I thought she was still helping me and she decided that was going to tell another girl that walked up that she wasn’t helping me because I didn’t like the perfume she picked. I just asked them if there was a perfume I could get when I checked out and she told me the checkout would do it not her with an attitude.

I went into the store in Peachtree city today to make a purchase. The assistant manager...Tiffany I found to be rude and dismissive when she asked me if I needed help. I asked her a question about a product her disposition was very passive as if I was bothering her. And her response was very flippant If retail is not your preference or if you know NOTHING about the products you sell, please consider another profession. When I asked another employee Nyla whom was very helpful & apologized for my experience. This why I started going to Sephora & stopped shopping at this location...on the same street. Rude employees & businesses will never get my money.

Very judgmental people work at this location. There was a sales/promotional booth outside the store. I walked past looking at them, hoping for a hello or something, instead they yell “excuse me sir” to some one that’s a mile away instead of someone that’s 10 feet away. I shop at ulta a lot and this was disheartening. Don’t know if they were a part of Ulta, but they have the set up with ulta logo right outside the store.
