I was helped by Sharon, she was super friendly and informative. I have rather large feet so finding shoes in my size is usually a struggle, but I easily found a pair I liked. However they didn't have a color I wanted, they offered to order and ship them to me for free. Went in on a Saturday and was told 5 to 7 days, fair enough. Was surprised to come home on Monday to a box at my door. I will absolutely recommend Ultimate Fit to anyone looking for shoes.

I went in today on a Saturday after running a race. I told him how bad my shin splints were and Trent was absolutely fantastic he help me get scanned and find the shoes I like the best! He brought out 3 different kinds of shoes and allowed me to try each of them on while comparing. Even when I was like both of these for really well he allowed me to take my time and find the shoe that I like the best. Then when I pick the shoe he brought out all the colors and laid them out where I could see them and compare them. The entire time he was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely will be coming back!! I hope Trent will be working that day!

I came into store looking for a pair of gym and running shoes in a specific color category. Cody opened the door for me at the store. The dynamic duo of Cody and Maddi gave excellent customer service listening to my needs and doing the process of finding great fitting shoes. They were social and caring asking questions and throwing in humor… being their true selves. Maddi was in training and it does the heart good to see leadership take place in that process of supporting each other. I found the perfect pair of shoes in record time trying on several pairs quickly. In a world where it’s hard to find a sales person on the retail floor at times… I appreciated the ability to make a purchase quickly that I won’t regret.

I have wide high arches so find comfortable shoes can be a challenge, but Mellisa was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process.
