I had an absolutely amazing time on my recent jet ski rental trip! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The jet skis were in great condition and easy to operate, which made the whole adventure smooth and enjoyable. Damion our tour guide was super knowledgeable about the area and was a great help. I highly recommend this jet ski rental to anyone looking for a fun and exciting way to explore the coastline. This was definitely a highlight of my vacation, and I can't wait to do it again!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Three of us booked the first run of the morning and made good use of the buy-one-get-one-half-off deal. Jayden and Kodan were outstanding—patiently covering the controls, stressing safety, and then guiding us to a wide-open stretch where we could really open up their top-of-the-line jet skis. On the way we stopped to watch wild horses and even spotted several dolphins. Easily the best jet-ski operation I’ve ever used.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and paid in advance for a jet ski rental with a confirmed time of 3 PM, but we were forced to wait over 2 hours without any proper explanation.

The staff was not only disorganized but also rude and unprofessional. When we asked what was going on, they acted like we were bothering them. No apology, no sense of responsibility, just attitude.

We wasted a huge part of our day waiting around for something we paid for ahead of time, and the way we were treated made it even worse.

Avoid this place. There are many other rental companies nearby that know how to treat paying customers with basic respect. We will never come back, and we do not recommend this business to anyone.

My son (9) and I rented jet skis here and had an awesome experience! The staff gave clear instructions and made the whole process easy. Since we finished our paperwork early, the guides even took us out ahead of the group so we could get started right away. They brought us to a large “play area” where we had plenty of space to open up the jet skis and have fun. We got a solid 30–40 minutes of riding time, and everything felt safe and well-organized. Very pleased and would definitely come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience renting a pontoon boat from Under the Bridge Watersports while visiting Ocean City, MD. We rented the boat for four hours and had such a great time exploring the beautiful bay and ocean.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the orientation from Bob—he was fantastic! He walked my husband through everything he needed to know to confidently drive the pontoon boat, which was really helpful since it was his first time operating one. Thanks to that, we felt well-prepared and safe out on the water.

We cruised around to nearby beaches, visited the wild horses at Assateague Island (such a treat!), and even stopped at some waterfront restaurants. The boat gave us the flexibility to explore and enjoy a full, scenic day. Navigating around the many sandbars was a bit of a learning curve, but it added to the adventure. My husband did try to fish, though unfortunately, the rods weren’t working well. It was a small disappointment, but definitely didn’t take away from the overall experience.

The only thing I’d suggest as an improvement: since they hold your driver’s license and credit card during the rental, it would be great if staff reminded guests to pick them up when returning the boat. After four hours on the water, we completely forgot, and it seemed they did too. We had to make a separate trip back the next day to collect our items—not a dealbreaker at all, but something that could be easily improved with a quick reminder.

All in all, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend Under the Bridge Watersports to anyone looking to rent a boat or jet ski in Ocean City. We’re already looking forward to coming back on our next trip!

J was an awesome guide. This was my first time as a driver with my daughter riding along. He was patient with us and kept checking in to make sure we were ok. We had a lot of fun and definitely recommend Under the Water. Ask for J and you won’t be disappointed!
