3/18/20 = 4 star = verygood costumer service than last year . On cashier and sales person .

2019 = 3 star = not good costumer service in cashier section .

Great shopping experience! I was buying some Vans for my daughter and upon walking in I was greeted by the young man and woman at the register. Once I found what I came for the gentleman was there right away to check stock for me and they had the size I needed! While waiting for the shoes I was approached by another sales associate who offered their assistance in the friendliest way possible. I got the feeling that this was a family owned/operated store. I could be wrong but the employees exceptional level of service lead me to that conclusion. Otherwise this place found some really great employees. I will definitely shop here again.

Prices are high for shoes you can get at other places. Just like the socks. Skateboard selection is good. Customer service is a nice welcome into the store.

I've been in this shoe store a couple of times and their merchandise is very overpriced. But I decided to go in one more time my son needed some shoes I go in I pick out at least five different styles of shoes to chose from. Well out of the 5 shoes I picked only one had the right shoe size in stock. So they're in stock merchandise is awful. They always have those coupons in the best Savers ad thing, well I don't carry their coupon around with me cause I don't think I'll go in. So I asked if they would honor the coupon they said no, they don't have extra ones to give out. I mean come on I've worked in customer service, retail for a really long time all they had to do is just price modify it or something to satisfy a customer especially when I'm sitting there trying to buy your shoes and your in-stock merchandise is horrible....

Had everything I needed, which was a pair of men's size 13 slippers and several San Pedro T-shirts in all sizes up to and including a large selection of 2XL.
Went three other stores trying to find these items and found them both here in one stop.
Also great selection of red wing boots. If they don't have them, they will order them for you.

EXCELLENT service! The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable when I had questions, and never overbearing - AKA the ideal shopping experience. I recently stopped by to pick up a pair of rollerskates. Unfortunately the wheels didn't roll straight, and the warranty said to contact the point of sale, so I phoned in and brought them by for an adjustment. They took apart the bushings and trucks and did a great job figuring out that the factory had overtightened everything and screwed up a good pair of skates for no reason. Support your local skate shops!

I bought multiple pairs of shoes for myself and my kids. I was drawn to Urban Feet because they had many of the same shoes as department stores at far less cost. I saved anywhere from 10-30% per shoe. In addition, the staff was so helpful. With three of us trying on shoes, multiple staff members were getting us shoes. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. I would encourage everyone to check out their prices before going anywhere else for shoes.
