Cleburne Water Dept. They are the most rude, unfriendly people, except for one lady there, everyone else are just ill dispositioned people. My bill was due on the 18th, its $100. They know because I've told them I'm 64 and on a fixed income. I have to shuffle my bills a bit to make it until something changes. I've lived here 7 years and my bill always gets paid, always. I was home all day Thursday. Except for an errand to run for 45 minutes. They waited till I left, after 3 pm because after 3 its $50 to get water turned on. Didn't matter I didn't have it so I've had no water since last Thursday afternoon. Over the holiday weekend and now Temps are soaring. They wait till one day not 100 or more, knowing Temps are going to be back over a hundred again. I have health issues and two senior dogs as well. Maybe i'll just start hauling my own water and leave it off or drill a water well....or maybe do like everyone else in Preston Meadows, put my house on the market and get the hell out of this quaint little town thats overtaxing everyone out of there houses. I know you all split down on the reconnect fees because you dont een let a bill get 2 weeks late before cutting it off. In a heat wave you all some sick. Uncaring and unkind creatures. Karma baby....I know its gonna eat you all up one day.
