I enjoy shopping at Val Surf. They have quality and great products. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. Yhe staff at Val Surf unconditionally add value-added service. A Locally owned company which is rare to find in this day and age. A great place to shop. This is great place to browse and shop for yourself or gifts.

It was my first time snowboarding, and Charles provided me with the best fitting! He provided great attention to detail and offered me multiple options for when I purchase boots. The rental price was affordable, too. Thanks, Val Surf Valencia!

I recently accompanied my little brother and girlfriend to buy a snowboard and gear, and our experience was exceptional, thanks to Alec. His extensive knowledge in snowboarding and genuine passion for the sport shone through, making our board selection process smooth and informed. What truly stood out was his dedication; not only did he assist us after hours, but he also went the extra mile to set up the board for us. A big thank you to Alec for his outstanding service and expertise!

The employees at the Valencia Val Surf definitely are friendly and helpful. I also LOVED that they are dog optional and Hunter is this stores' mascot...what a sweet dog! We would have purchased more items, but they were a little shy on the manufacturer's merchandise that we wanted...however, the sales clerk that checked out our items did say they'd be receiving more of the merchandise we were looking for, so we'll be back!

Val Surf is the premier surf, snowboard and skate shop in Santa Clarita. Their service is exceptional. I had 20 minutes to get a new board fitted with trucks, wheels and bearings before my international flight. Their team is very knowledgeable and efficient. I am VERY pleased with the results. Furthermore, their selection of California casual clothing is great. If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll bring it in from another store at no charge. I love the service I've received from every employee that has helped me.

Just want to thank Justin, Cornell and the whole Val Surf family for all of their help with getting my son and I hooked up with new snowboard equipment for the holidays and my birthday trip. Haven't had a new board for 30 years. Thanks again Guy's. P.S I never take the time to write a review.

Went to get a skate helmet for my son, the gentleman helping us let him try on multiple and waited patiently while we made our decision. Very polite and patient staff who didn’t act annoyed at my teenager’s indecisiveness.
