Don (the owner) was incredible! I'm a newer to running, and he helped me understand my foot, and let me try on every single shoe that was best for my type of foot. He was patient, knowledgeable, and we had some great conversations. Will be returning for more shoes in the future. Thanks Don!

So thankful to have a running store in Valdosta again. The young lady who helped me sadly walked to the back and brought i think 9 different shoes for me to try. So patient with me in my quest to buy the perfect shoe. I then bought the first pair she brought, lol, hoka bondi.

My daughter is in the Air Force in Valdosta and was complaining about this awful back pain she was having for months. Being in Texas, I couldn't do much for her. I did some research and found the reviews for this place. I sent her over, and they took SUCH GOOD CARE OF HER!!!! They scanned her feet, gave her shoes to try on, and gave her inserts for her work boots and all!!!! She doesn't even want to wear her other shoes, seeing how different these felt for her! We're hoping that we see a difference with her pain level! I've heard nothing but great things about this place and their customer is excellent!

After running to 3-4 different shoe stores and not only unable to find a good walking shoe but unable to find anyone who understood shoes or was interested in helping, I walked into this store.
The young man in 3 minutes told me more about shoes than anyone, ever. He was personable and knowledgeable and brought the owner over to also collaborate. This was the BEST shoe buying experience I have ever had. It's like it should have always been. A new customer for life. I can't recommend enough!

Went in with my wife to find some running shoes this past weekend. We met the owner, Dan. Overall an excellent experience. Professional and highly knowledgeable. He did not have the color she wanted in the shoes she picked out, but he ordered them for delivery and they arrived at my office in three days. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for high quality running/walking shoes.

Fantastic shoe store in Valdosta! I've struggled with plantar fasciitis, shin splints, and sciatic pain for a long time. Little did I realize it was my shoes!!! I dropped in and the owner scanned my foot and did an analysis of my arch/feet. He made two recommendations and I chose the Brooks Stealthfit. I had no idea my shoe size was wrong, my shoes were wrong, and I was causing my own problems! I'm not a runner but these shoes CHANGED my daily activities and have given me so much relief. Thanks for your outstanding customer service!
