I would’ve been willing to give this place a better review, but my latest experience left me pretty pissed. Back in October, someone stole my original Audi floor mats, right in front of this store. Here’s how it went down: I used the barely functional vacuums in the back to clean up my car, then drove up front to clean off some sticky fruit gummies on the passenger mat. I went inside to use the bathroom and grab a drink and snack, and by the time I came back out, my mats were gone.

I immediately filed a report, assuming management would step up, review the cameras, and reach out. I gave them plenty of time. Guess how much they cared? Not at all. No calls, no follow-up—just radio silence. It’s pretty clear this place doesn’t respect or value its customers.
And honestly, what kind of community is okay with some lowlife stealing from people right outside a business? It’s shady, it’s disgusting, and it’s a terrible reflection of this store that they let it slide without even trying to help. Those mats weren’t just expensive; they were mine, and I worked hard to pay for them.
I pass through Shoshone to Twin Falls twice a week and used to stop here regularly. Not anymore. They’ve lost me as a customer forever, and I’ll make sure others know how little they care about the people who keep their business up and running.

Newest cashier took it upon herself to judge me and my husband for our age gap when grabbing a few beers. " oh wooooooowwww " ... listen everyone is entitled to an opinion but keep it to yourself in your mind while you are on the clock.

I go to Valley Wide Country Store-Shoshone South frequently for gas, beer, and occasionally a latte. Staff is always polite and friendly. It would be great if their gas prices were the same as the Valley Wide Country Store at Crossroads near Jerome.

Always a clean restroom! Food is fresh with great selection to choose from. Ample parking for RV's. My go to spot in Shoshone.

They employees were kind the bathroom were pretty clean and tidy. They also had a naruto drawn at the coffee stand which made my day!!! Also who ever drew that was very talented.

The store is getting out of hand with bumping up prices, it’s really ridiculous how much they sell things for and it used to be one of the best stores. Greedy!!!

Went the valley country store at the edge of shoshone....waited in line like everyone else. When it was my turn I had three lottery tickets and was told I needed to take them elsewhere because the line behind me was too long. Really I felt this was horrible customer service
