Brought my Sweetie here yesterday and the staff did such a wonderful job! They were so welcoming and did good with my kitty! She was well taken care of for such a good price. Definitely would recommend. Also a woman ran in about her dog while I was waiting for Sweetie to be seen and they immediately took action to get the dog back and seen! They didn’t waste any time at all! And we were in and out relatively quick! Definitely a good hospital!

Birdie the cat is very anxious and kind of a nervous wreck, especially when it pertains to going to the vet. But thankfully his favorite vet, Dr. Earle, and her awesome assistants do a TREMENDOUS job of ensuring his safety and help calm him down. I’ve taken Birdie to VCA Old Marple since I’ve had him and I will not take him anywhere else unless I move. Birdie appreciates you all and so do I!

I took my sick cat here yesterday for emergency help. I paid 190 for the visit. They took my cat to another exam room without me. They then came back 2 hours later to tell me the Dr had an emergency, it would be a while. 3.5 hours later they tell me they aren’t sure what is wrong with him. They said his lungs sound off. They suggest lab work, ultrasound and fecal test, this would cost upwards of 1k. Which I do not have. So I end up paying another 93$ for a single shot of antibiotic and sent home. The discharge papers say that my cat presented bright and alert. Huh? Are you sure you are looking at the right cat? My cat is dull and lethargic… discharge paperwork also says they heard a heart murmur which they didn’t even say anything to me about that. All in all I feel like this vet is really just in for the money. They didn’t really care that my cat was sick. The minute I said I couldn’t afford the prices they sent us home with no answers, no suggestions on another reasonable vet or clinic. Literally gave them my last pennies.
So almost 300$ multiple hours,zero compassion and here I sit at home with my sick cat trying to figure out my next move. This vet is for people who have money to just throw away

I took my diabetic cat in yesterday to have a Libre monitor placed and was charged for the service, but the sensor hasn’t worked since we got home. When I called to explain the issue and request a replacement, I was informed that I would have to pay an emergency fee, despite the fact that I was just there the day before. This seems highly unfair, as the sensor was placed at your clinic and should have been functioning correctly upon leaving. Expecting me to pay additional charges for an issue that was not my fault is completely unacceptable.
Instead of prioritizing my cat’s health and well-being, it feels like your clinic is more focused on making money. Charging additional fees for an issue that was not my fault, especially when it directly affects my pet’s care, is unreasonable and unfair. As a loyal customer who consistently visits your clinic to purchase prescription cat food and diabetic supplies, I am extremely disappointed in how this situation is being handled.

I gave them 3 stars because Danielle and Britney are awesome. I've been going there for grooming for 20 years since I had my Boston Terrier. Natasha can be rude and doesn't take the time to listen. She told me I couldn't make an appointment, because his distemper shot wasn't up to date. That I had to let them do it there. He has another Vet he goes to also. His vaccines are always up to date. I told her let me make the appointment, especially since it's a month out, I will bring the paperwork with me. She said NO. Then she hung up.on me. She gave me an appointment of May 29th earlier in the conversation, however when she hung up on me, I called right back to speak to Danielle, she then said June 11th. I've done nothing wrong to anyone. I was treated rudely and hung up on just trying to make an appointment. If they treated me like this ,not sure I trust my baby going there. Britney is still awesome.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Saw my dog for 30 seconds. When the dog wasnt comfortable in the muzzle and wouldnt sit still they gave up within 5 minutes of being in the room. I told them that my dog has been having an upset stomach and licking and biting her paws. Mind you THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE “VETS” in the area. Within 5 minutes they “prescribed a handful of food packets and 2 cans of wet food that i coulda gotten at pet smart for less than 20$… No i paid 165$. With their professionals, i promise you your dog would be in better hands if you watch diy videos on youtube and handle than if you bring it to these people. Please for the sake of your wallet and dog go anywhere else!!! Refer to this picture. This is what 165 gets you… this and 10 mins of their “valuable time”

Excellent emergency care for beloved pets. My 18 year old cat BARI boy suffered stroke like symptoms on 1/26/24 at 6AM. He was already on Rx for hyperthyroidism and arthritis but was calling out and unable to stand or hold his head up.
The entire Staff took charge from: Bring him right in to the gentle, loving exam by Dr Jennifer Graham and every other staff member who tended to him. BARI boy is now at peaceful rest over the rainbow 🌈 bridge.
Five ⭐'s isn't enough for this awesome caring animal hospital.

I've been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy. I love the staff and vets here. In the eight years my dog has been alive, we've had some crises and VCA always pulls through. I know it can be expensive. I would highly recommend getting their insurance. You get a lot of perks such as: free unlimited visits, bloodwork, x-rays, etc. It has saved me hundreds of dollars each year and definitely something I'd encourage people to invest in it.

Though I know that the prices are relatively higher, it’s still a good hospital! I am reviewing cause I wanted to give a big shout out to Dr. Patel and Abby who worked overnight shift April 17th 2025. I came in super concerned about my dog who was attacked by a family German shepherd, Dr. Patel was fast, efficient and Abby helped me to discuss the essentials and helped me to cut on costs because I couldn’t afford everything. Abby was so kind and helpful. She was patient and gave a comforting energy. My bank told me I had to wait 30 mins to make a transaction and she was super patient and resourceful. Even gave great advice about Shepard’s. She even got me a charger because my phone was on one percent and extremely kind to my pup. Best vet technician I’ve come across and very good service. Big thanks to Abby and thanks Dr. Patel! — a difficult day turned to a relieving one. Please pass on my message VCA!

I would give zero stars if I was able. They did a SIMPLE procedure on my best friend’s young healthy cat, which turned into a 10 hour ordeal. And the poor baby died when he got home from the vet. When confronted about the situation the vet said “it was probably from the stress.” And then had the balls to ask if they wanted them to give end of life care?! My friend and her family is TRAUMATIZED and this place should be sued and shut down because that’s absolutely disgusting. They didn’t apologize or act like they cared at all.
