Very nice store. Walked in with my daughter and found a backpack for school and it was water proof. Her last bag wasn't and it didn't even. Seem to last a year.

I was thrilled with the staff! The knowledge of the lines of bags and the efficiancy of locating pricing was wonderful. I was also welcomed in vibrantly by a young lady, Emily J, who helped me really decide on the purse i should go with. The other manager on duty, black hair about 5'5" was amazing and allowed me to use my birthday coupon early to get the bag i truly wanted at an amazing price! Thank you for being apart of my birthday vera of deer park!

Purchased 5 face masks to give some as gifts and they were in sealed packages. Realized after only a couple of days that they were the behind the head style elastic, which won't work for person I purchased them for. Attempted to return 3 unopened packages and was told for first time that they were final sale, which I understand, but I should have been told that at the time of purchase. Also, it would have been helpful to have a display to show the product instead of selling them from sealed package. Very disappointed and expected more from Vera Bradley.

Amazing store with a variety of things being affordable. I picked up a small change purse sized medication holder. Tabs hold sections closed and zipper guarantees your medicine won't be all over the bottom of your purse!

I have been a Vera Bradley customer for over 10 years. When I tried to get a wheel fixed or purchase a wheel for my luggage I was by the inconvenience to get it fix or fix it myself
The local store refers you to an 800#. The 800 # refers you to an email. I have to ship it at my expense in order to get it fixed.
I will NEVER recommend purchasing rolling luggage. Way overpriced, doesn’t hold up and local stores a just set up to sell not service.

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Very rude, so called manager of the store Friday evening.. We went in for an exchange and before she even looked at our receipt told us she could only give us $5.00 for our exchange because it was last years model and she’d just trash it. Of course all in front of my 13 year old daughter that received it as a gift from her aunt, who had previously called that afternoon and had the exchange all figured out. Go to Skokie, don’t even bother with this location.
