Absolutely the best gloves out there! Very well made. Excellent customer service. I purchased my first pair the of The Vermonter in 2021 and they have worn like iron and still going strong till this day. I highly recommend VTG!

I discovered Vermont Glove a year ago but put off buying because of the price but I found I was going through four or five pairs of cheap gloves per year. Typically these gloves were $25-30 per pair. So I finally bought a pair of Vermont Gloves and I have been extremely pleased with them. The quality is evident as soon as you put them on, the fit is incredible and so lightweight! But despite the lightweight, they are extremely durable as well. They withstand a lot of abuse from thorns, twigs, dirt, everything well. And if the fingertips do wear out, I know that I can send them in for repair. I highly recommend Vermont Gloves. I know I will be buying more from them in the future.

I ordered two pairs of glove liners last year at the end of the season. Discovered at the beginning of this season - 10 months later - that they sent me 3 left hand liners and 1 right hand liner instead of 2 matched pairs. E-mailed them to ask about ordering 2 right hand liners to balance it out, and they quickly sent me 2 right hand liners at NO charge. Excellent quality, made in America, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

This product absolutely measures up to the beautiful and authentic history, as well as the living reality of a local company that is making a difference in the community. I’m a big believer in the saying: there are two ways to do things, the right way, and again. That is to say, having gone through so many poorly made $30 leather gloves over the years and feeling terrible about throwing them away, I did think the right way by investing in a pair of Vermont gloves—and I completely love them. Not only are they the most functional gloves but they’re unbelievably cool looking to boot!. They look like something out of Legends of the Fall 🙂

Cutting and hauling firewood, I blow through even "good" leather hardware store gloves in a week or two. These Vermont Glove work gloves are thick, tough, and long-lasting. So far, I can say they outlast hardware store gloves by at least a factor of two. But they're still going strong, so stay tuned!

Sam and his great workers have done it again! It has been eleven months since I purchased my first pair of pair of gloves , I loved them, they went to every job I had to do. I misplaced them once and almost drove all the way back to Maine to find them ( they were in my truck all the time). As with all good things my right hand glove developed a hole so I ordered another pair only this time with an extra right hand glove. I can't say enough about how great these gloves are, I get them pretty wet at times but they dry nice and pliable. Sam and crew keep up the great work, stay small and continue the great customer service it's really appreciated!

The customer service at Vermont Glove is some of the best I have ever seen. I heard about their gloves and found out they couldn't ship to Canada through their website. I thought my Christmas plans were ruined. I emailed them. They said "No problem!" and I had the gloves in a few days. They were the wrong size (my mistake), but the gloves were too beautiful to return (Merry Christmas to me!). Reordering the second pair was just as easy and pleasant as when I ordered the first. Highly recommend this company.

I love my VT glove co gloves! I purchased the uphill skier about a month ago to use them for backcountry skiing and guiding and they’ve been awesome! I’ve used them probably 12 times here in northern VT and they crush it! I love wearing them without the liner on the way up- so much more comfortable than wearing some kind of synthetic shell glove, I also love the wool liners, so cozy and snug. They’re just right for active winter activities- not as warm as some gloves on the market but they’re not made for sitting still outside, they’re called the uphill skier for a reason. These are perfect for someone like me who needs a durable leather glove that won’t get soaked with sweat during a long ascent. Also the cuff is just enough to keep out snow without being super bulky. I treated mine with the oil leather conditioner and my hands haven’t gotten wet yet but I think I’ll be treating with beeswax as well to make sure I’m all set for days that get a little warm and drippy.
