I've only ever had good experiences here. Strictly speaking of the pawn floor. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Got denied for firearm, challenged it, got it overturned, and was able to purchase the shotgun. The staff was with me all the way through the 3 week long process and I'm very appreciative that they held the gun in the back for so long.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RETURN POLICY. CALL YOUR BANK AND CHARGE BACK!

It was my first time here. Wanted to exchange 2 pairs of pants for a smaller size. They do not honor their return/exchange policy and will look for any loop hole to get out of returning or exchanging your item. Extremely difficult/impossible to return/exchange. Even if their employee gives you false information about being able to return, they will not honor their employees mistake/misinformation. The manager is in on weekdays not weekends but she's just as bad as the employees and does not honor her employees mistakes. If she's not in store they can call her, they did it for me, but she's of no help so don't bother.

Call your bank, do a charge back.

Super nice customer service! Greeted at the door, offered access to the dressing rooms as soon as we had clothes on our arms, and very friendly interaction at the register! Plus the matching sweatshirts my mum and I got are so pretty!!

Pulled in to Vickers today at 4:45 just to run in and check to see if they carried a certain brand of sunglasses since we were in the area. We knew they closed at 5 so we were just going to pop in and out. When we got to the door the gal raced to the front and not only slammed the metal door shut but flipped the sign to close as we were standing there literally looking at her, 15 minutes before closing. I’d understand if they had leaned out the door and let us know they closed early, but yikes to race us to the front and slam the door in our face? Super disappointing

I didn't have a lot of time to fully browse through the store, I was in search of a hat, and hat band. I did not find the particular brand I was searching for, yet I did find some other great brands that I was unaware of, and bought a beautiful hat band for one of my hats at home. The staff were very friendly and personable, and were able to show me that the product I was interested in was American made. I'd definitely like to have some more time to see everything else they had. I just kinda bee-lined to the hat section, hehe.

I came here to get some boot polish to fix up my dried boots and the employees had me go downstairs to the shoe maker down there. He was the nicest man I've ever met, helped me clean up my boots and even showed me how to do it. I would highly recommend this place for all of your shoe fixing needs.

Good selection and I generally like the store, but disappointed in the service I received today. I had some boots that were a gift for someone that I bought out of state. They ended up being the wrong size. I went to several stores and found out that Vickers stocked them. I called to find out if I could exchange them for a bigger size. I was told that I could as long as they were the same style and they had them in stock-which they did. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to exchange them. All to be told that they wouldn’t. I wouldn’t have been so disappointed if I hadn’t have already been told over the phone that they could do that. I was planning on spending another $100 while I was there, but I don’t won’t be shopping there again.
