I have bought countless footwear from Vionic. Just this one time a few days ago I bought shoes that the store person offered discount on which became a final sale. The shoes felt comfortable while trying in store but when I tried at home (on carpet) for 30 mins, they hurt my feet. I called Vionic if they would give me store credit and I am not asking for refund, I was just denied.
I understand that it became a final sale but given orthotic shoes are so expensive even after discount and that my feet just needed more time to know whether it will work for me. I have been a loyal customer, I would have hoped that they make an exception just one time. Especially, when the choice at the store is always so limited in terms or sizes and colors.

The owner addressed my issue promptly and I was able to receive store credit next day.
Hence bumped up from 1 to 4 star. Thanks!

Visited the Vionic store at EverGreen Walk in South Windsor, CT., on Saturday around 12:45pm, the 2 young ladies were as helpful as teets on a bull. Both stood at the register never offered any help. Bought a pair of Vionic sandals late last fall and the heel is already breaking off, the girl says they last about a year. For $125 they should last more than a few months. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. They should put the someone from New Balance store over at Vionics. These 2 girls should find work as greeters at Walmart.
I did receive a follow-up email from the owner of Vionics to this matter.

I typically have trouble finding supportive and cute shoes that fit well but Lexi helped me find not just one, but two, pairs! She added a cork foam to the front of a pair of loafers to keep my heel from popping out. She also was able to ship me a pair of flats that come in a narrow width (which is an uncommon size). I appreciated how friendly and polite she was, and I look forward to wearing my new shoes.

I was not at all impressed with the customer service at this location . I explained to the 2 workers that I really needed good quality shoes due to the issues with my feet. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any recommendations or neither associate shared any interest to help . It’s really to bad - because I had to spend my money elsewhere .

If you are looking for a store with great quality shoes and over the top customer service this is the place to go. The shoes are so comfortable and have good support. They have a great selection and they all look amazing! My wife loves her shoes as well and wears them all the time. People keep asking her where she got her shoes. Go in and check them out today!

A few days ago my sister and I visited the Vionic store at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor. Jessica greeted us as soon as we entered. She took excellent care of both of us. We both changed our minds several times, as sisters do.
(Heaven forbid we both have the same shoes!) Jessica was exceptionally accommodating, pleasant and helpful. She was also very professional and knowledgeable.

Vionic offers very fashionable shoes with great orthotic support. I was already a fan before going to this store. Our in-store experience assures that we will shop there again.

I currently own 9 pairs of Vionic shoes due to having plantar fasciitis. I recently purchased a new pair of sneakers but found out once I started wearing them often that the arch support just didn’t feel strong enough. I brought them in today and the associate “built them up” in order to make them more comfortable. I won’t be going anywhere else for my shoes. Thank you for such a great product and such wonderful employees!

First, Vionic are great if you want if need extra supportive shoes. More importantly, the service at the Vionic Store is old-school terrific. They provide customized fittings and can work with you to make sure your new shoes look AND feel terrific. Vionic Shoes are a premium product, so don't expect DSW prices; but the pricing here mirrors any I've seen online for the same shoes, bit with the amazing value-add of custom fitting and personalized service. Cannot recommend enough!
