They are friendly & helpful.
Pricing is usually a tad higher here, but they are a Mom & Pop store. They are local, so they know what the Locals are after and they stick things for local fish & game.

Worst customer service ever took four months to get my bow string in taking over a week to get it restrung after being told it would be done the next day. they keep saying oh we’ll make it up to you for the issues.thats a joke really wish there’s another boat shop in Roseburg besides Sportsmans warehouse this place is a joke. This will be I take my bow there😡😡

Great people. They let me shoot their compound bows for free and fixed it up perfectly to be a perfect draw length and pull weight and they were just really nice

Bought a gun through BUDs gun shop. Have been waiting WEEKS to get my firearm and my back ground check has fallen through the cracks. I've made call after call email after email and heard nothing back from the state. Oregon State legislator has come up with a law EXACTLY for people like me called the 3 day gun law. These people refuse to use it because I didn't buy my guy through them. Never in my life have I ever had a problem with an FFL. If they dont want to us their FFL to transfer firearms I suggest they don't. They treat you as if you mean nothing to them and you are bugging them the whole step of the way. Find someone else. Period. Todd is the guy delt with, you may have better luck with someone else but this guy is condescending and rude. My suggestion is go to Coastal. My wife nor I will ever buy anything from these people ever again. 2 times these people told me to come and they would take care of me and twice they lied. Also he seems to not UNDERSTAND that if you are a criminal and CANNOT HAVE A AGIN you'll be DENIED NOT COME UP PENDING. But once again I think he is just mad because because I bought through buds. Lol. Oh not to mention this guy is to lazy to make the phone calls himself, he'll give you the number and have you wait rather than take care of his own business. A nightmare from the beginning.

Very happy with my most recent purchase experience with them.
Found and ordered an item online and they got it in within days. Very good price compared to the big box store. Guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable. We WILL do business again.
