“I had a great experience at Walking Comfort Shoes. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a shoe that would fit comfortably over a brace. When the first pair didn’t work out, they let me return them and try a different style with no hassle. Their patience, understanding, and customer service made the process so much easier. I highly recommend them!”

I had a terrible experience at Walking Comfort. I tried to return a pair of shoes within their stated 15-day return window, but was told they wouldn’t accept them because I didn’t have the original box. Seriously? The box isn’t what cost me $200 — the shoes did. The customer service was unhelpful and rude, acting like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me. If you’re going to have a return policy, at least honor it fairly. I won’t be shopping here again, and I have recommend this store to a hand full of people in the past and will never again.

Don't waste your money on this store, plus you can buy cheaper on line.

In regard to past comment;
looking at video footage doesn't explain bad customer service. Anyone can pick up vibes from a person and business that doesn't want to go the extra mile and give basic customer service.
With bad customer service I knew it was a waste of time to mention that I have the insoles just not the box, and the shoes where barely worn.
It's a 15 day return; are we supposed to just leave the shoes in the box and then decided to return them without trying them out. What's the point of a 15 day return?
The point I am making, once I came in the store they didn't want anything to do with me.
For example, they could have mentioned stretching out my shoes to benefit me before I left.

Lets start here if you want to loan them money for months that what it seems like they wont get the order right but honesty I don't think its there fault think its there system no calls when order arrives after months no extra steps to make it right nada I usually write good reviews finally did receive the wrong product but they will exchange unlimited but waste of time and nothing in return maybe a free pair of socks for the loan we gave there store for a few months would be nice

I just walked into this store and stood there for 10 minutes and one of the workers walked completely around me and to the woman behind me and asked if she had been helped. I walked out of this store feeling completely invisible. You are jerks.

This was my first time in Walking Comfort and it was a great experience. The employees there were friendly and informative, yet not pushy. They helped me find what I needed and showed me several options to choose from. The prices on these shoes are high, but they are very good quality. I will definitely go back again.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable and fun. I have had neuropathy for 20+ years and I am poofy. The staff at Walking Comfort were able to help me find the perfect slip on shoe for this summer. My feet also tend to swell in the summer. They were able to point me on the direction of the Glolily sneaker-like shoe. They have great support, allowed for swelling without being constricted and when my feet were fine they still fit. Kaylee was able to help me pick the 9.5 even though I usually wear a 9. This has been perfect spring/summer shoe. It allowed a little wiggle room without being floppy and loose. They also allow a bit of air through the fabric. No hot, sweaty foot for me! I usually step out of my shoes the moment I get home, but It takes me a bit longer to take these off because I do not feel a need to take them off the second I walk in the door. I enjoyed talking with Kaylee and the fact she took in consideration of my needs and wants in a shoe. I found the perfect yellow tie dyed shoe for summer! However, I went in to just to see what was available and found my fun summer shoes but was thrilled to see they carried some of my favorite brands like Keen, Birkenstock, Teva, and Dansko! They have a wonderful selection and service is top notch. If you have any foot pain, specific needs, or are just sick of shoes that are not comfortable and fun check out Walking Comfort in Centerville. (See how dang cute my shoes are!)

I had the BEST experience today! I am recovering from major back surgery and I needed a great pair of sneakers due to the fact I have to start walking everyday. Alyssa was the salesman who helped me and she was WONDERFUL! I couldn't put the shoes on myself and she was gracious enough to do it for me and she was so gentle and kind. She made the process so easy and enjoyable. I found the perfect pair of shoes. I'll admit the prices are high but you are paying for quality. I also loved the fact that Walking Comfort gives a 30 day guarantee. It put my mind at ease. I will be going there again for my next pair and telling everyone about the store. Good job guys!!
